The gamemaster said 'the AC is not working in the game but we have portable AC'. We asked if it was less hot than the reception which was a bit warm and she lied and replied yes. The first game room where the portable AC was, was fine. The second room (where you spend 75% of the game) had no AC. It was about 30 degrees in that room. Made worse by the fact that the game is question is one of the children friendly ones. Had we known the REAL facts about the AC we would NEVER have gone and spent 525 AED and juts gone to another escape room ! Management offered as compensation for a ruined birthday afternoon a 20% discount on the next game which is LESS than the 30% anybody can get by just mentioning the Kidzapp offer. Pathetic.

My friends and i wanted something new and adventurous to do and we heard about no way out, we went for manic and it was very realistic and interesting. We had the time of our life.

It was really scary to the point that we couldn’t think rationally to solve those puzzles. Highly recommended for those who love horror!

The room was fun! I love the theme and the way we need to use teamwork to solve the puzzles. The game master was friendly and able to provide hints without spoiling the answer

We had a great time.
The rooms design is beautiful and very immersive.
The difficulty level was adapted.
Even if we got stuck to much time to one of the puzzle.
I highly recommend this place.

My husband and I had such a great time. We're big Harry Potter nerds and enjoyed ourselves a LOT! Irene was a fantastic game master! Guiding and just enough, to keep us engaged and moving forward!

Hola! Quiero ir a la atracción con mi hermano. Somos de argentina pero ambos debemos hablar ingles y nos manejamos perfectamente en la ciudad. Sin embargo me gustaria saber si se necesita un nivel muy especifico en el idioma o si se nos dificultaria entender las consignas o resolver los puzzles.
Y otra consulta, siendo solo 2 podemos entrar?

The puzzles are set in a way that is clear and understandable to the players. Its okay to be 2 as that's the minimum number of players and 6 is the maximum.

The age limit is 5 years and must be accompanied by an adult who is above 15 years.
We have 4 games, 2 are scary i.e. The Ring with a live actress(not recommended for younger age), Maniac(creepy ambiance not suitable for younger age).
