I had a hassle-free experience with Thrillark for booking jet skiing and a desert safari. The platform saved me a lot of time and effort by seamlessly scheduling my bookings. Their support throughout the process was exceptional. Thank you, Thrillark! Highly recommended.

We booked 2.5 hrs prior to the organised excursion. They received full payment during booking. We received confirmation of booking that was it!!
No e-ticket

We sat and waited, stood and waited and lost hours of our day due to inadequacies on this operator.
Eventually they said “sorry we are full” I will not use these again as my poor husband spent hours chasing them for nothing waiting in the heat.

AVOID booking through this company.
Thrillark refusing to issue refund for a service i paid for, validated my ticket on a given date and then the park immediately closed and I received absolutely no services for my money. Thrillark claiming they cant issue redunds as ticket was open dated (even though ive scanned the ticket at venue and is clearly not valid now for future use!)
I have been promised numerous emails in return to my query with no avail. I have had to sit every other day on their customer service chat box to restart the issue again and facing the same standard responses that no they wont issue refunds.
So what am I expected to do, pay for a service to Thrillark, not receive the service due to a decision by IMG park to close , and expect to lose all that money? (Thats minus the costs of travel etc we already paid to get out to the venue for no benefit)

I would not recommend Thrillark because they are happy to hold your money! Comment: their CXL policy. I have been waiting for my refund on my Visa card since March, the 2nd. As i haven't itilized the service. Today is the 22nd of April. They only replied me twice, saying there're still investigating. I wanted to go to the Museum of Illusions with my child, my colleague and her child. I went to the Museum before with my hubby before my child was born. Anticipating a unique day again, I was startled by their front desk Filipino man saying I had to pay 65 AED for my 4,5 year old daughter. My friend's daughter was 3. If you check online, they say that tickets for kids below 5 are free. Big lie! Truly disappointing experience!

Please choose carefully whilst choosing Thrillark as time slot clearly not mentioned like am or pm. I had to select 11 am but mistakenly selected for 11pm as not mentioned about day or night time. Will not choose thrillark in my life and recommend to anyone.

This is a scam. I would advise you to be careful when you buy tickets with them. When you search and would like to buy a ticket for miracle garden they have a very good price. You click on it and buy on their website thinking you bought miracle garden ticket. However when you go to miracle garden you realize actually they sell you butterfly garden instead of miracle garden. This is totally unacceptable!

Hi, I want to book tickets of 4 parks one day for dubai via your website. After coupons and discounts the price is less then even one park ticket. You can trust them.. I have booked several times with this company and the vouchers have always reached on time before the booking date. I would suggest you send a mail to them at info@tripxtours with your reference ID.. Their service is good, they respond fast.
