From being collected from the hotel at 04:30 am we soon arrived at the drop zone where we were greeting by our balloon pilot Ramy who was an absolute legend .
Within 10 mins we were in the basket ready for take off ,
We were so lucky to have a cloud inversion and once we broke through , the sunrise over the Oman mountain range and conservation area was incredible .
Finally we reached 4000ft and Ramy began to sing happy birthday in which the whole group joined in which was a real nice touch ,
The falcon show was incredible and the bird handler (falconer) with the star of the show “IVAN “ couldn’t do enough to answer all our questions and made the experience unforgettable
All in all this trip is sensational and run by an amazing group of people who ensure you go away with the most amazing memories .
Thank you so much and I can’t wait to get back up in the skies the next time I visit Dubai

This was the second Hot Air Balloon i've done in Dubai but the first with this company and it was better than the first company I booked.
Jamal who organised our transfers was amazing, turned up on time, made sure we got an early morning break before starting, ensure we had fun at the breakfast and even took amazing vidoes and pictures of us.
On the Hot Air Balloon we have Mohamed Youssef, who's pilot skills were amazing, he highlighted key locations below and even navigated closer to the ground for key sights so we could take content. He engaged with us all and took pictures and videos which he shared with us.
On the Hot Air Balloon we were treated to a Falcon Show Mid-Air, never seen this before and was a real treat to behold.
I would recommend this and will book this tour operator again.

From the pick till the end of the drop off, the service was very good. Our driver Umer who picked us from our hotel was very good and informative. Balloon ride was very good, our daughters enjoyed it along with desert drive and camping. Only thing which they could improve is the video service, we paid AED 200 for the videos but we're disappointed with what we got, other that every thing was well managed.

Fantastic experience! Leo and the crew did their very best to take off despite the winds and thanks to their efforts we just made it before the winds became too strong. Wonderful team and excellent with kids. Would recommend.

We booked the deluxe package and could not have been happier. Leo was amazing. We had an amazing view of the sunrise, saw wild life, rode camels. It was amazing!

Fantastic air balloon ride, would highly recommend to anyone. Really magical way to see the Dubai desert and would recommend! I felt very safe and we had a very smooth landing. The falcon was an added touch!

Leo and his crew were superb! Very professional with the perfect touch of humor.
Also, we had some last minute pick-up location changes which they were able to accommodate with no issues or challenges whatsoever!
Our driver/ guide arrived to pick us up at the exact time they said we’d be collected, Once again, very professional!
Overall a smooth experience, would recommend 10/10!

This has been my favorite excursion thus far. Be prepared to wake up early to catch the sunset via hot air balloon. This package included dune bashing, ATV riding, camel riding, and a breakfast buffet.
This company provides the best communication. They provide you with prompt responses.
Our driver name is Zaman. He is very prompt, professional, and polite. We had a blast!
Our hot air balloon captain was amazing too. He is so passionate about his job and sharing his passion with others.
