Lots of options when staying at Flora Inm. Very good value. Facial by Anu was wonderful. Left feeling very relaxed and skin so soft. Would recommend and come again. Thank you ;)

It’s so amazing spa. Therapist are the best. Thanks to Priyank he was an amazing therapist. I strongly suggest this place a really good massage and the facilities are great. Thanks again will be back soon

After trying many places around Dubai Marina, I discovered Serenity SPA, and never went anywhere else for my beauty services after that. The place is really clean, the people charming and their services of very good quality. I enjoy going for body massage almost every week. The only service I would avoid is the hair salon. This is not their speciality

Excellent very clean and friendly professional Theropist and hairderesser I've had highlights and cut & blow dry, being a hairdresser I'm really critical 👍

Just had a full body deep tissue massage with my husband. I felt unsatisfied and not worth of money for me. First, the massage pressure which the massage therapist did wasn't even. There will be a side where the pressure is hard and a very light massage on the other side. I told that I wish to have a bit more pressure on my legs, calves feet and feet but still the same. At the end my body was all wet with oil and I was just told that it's finished without even helping me out to wipe or at least give a hot towel as well. Apart from that I felt unhygienic as she massage my feet without even cleaning/wiping using a wet towel. I was waiting as well for my head to be massage but it never happened and she skipped doing it. My husband is well satisfied as the therapist did from head to toe unlike my experience. Am seriously dying to get a head massage. Really disappointed.

I visited the place with a groupon voucher for the first time. Having read good reviews of the Spa, i went in with the same expectations and they were fully met. The gym and facilities like Sauna, Jacuzzi are decent. The roof-top pool is nicely maintained and you will enjoy swimming there in evenings with a good view of Deira dubai. The treatment went really well. The male masseuse (Justine) was excellent in terms of communication, behavior and treatment. This is a Spa place that I will frequently visit now due to a combination of good treatment with good prices. This place is suitable for those who want frequent massages, without too much of glam.

I went with a groupon voucher... From the time you step in, you r greeted by well behaved and Cordial staff... The treatment went really well. The male masseuse was excellent in terms of communication, behavior and treatment.. Would definitely go back.. And also recommend to anybody looking for a good, standard and professional massage.. Cant wait to go for my next session... Cheers..

I just came back from an amazing 2 hours of relaxation courtesy of Serenity Spa-Deira, located on the "R" floor of Flora Grand Hotel.
I only heard about them from an online discount and I could not simply believe that I have not heard of them yet.
My special deal consisted of a a scrub (choice of sea salt, coffee and chocolate and raspberry) I chose the coffee and chocolate. I didn't feel anything spectacular during the scrub itself (I'm usually skeptical about body scrubs in general) but when I rinsed it off, the shower was filled with an amazing smell of -- yes, coffee and chocolate!! -- as the hot water warmed up... I swear I had to fight the urge to lick myself.
After the scrub came the massage... and it was a serious contender for "My Best Massage Ever". The therapist knew what he was doing and was sensitive my condition (my body was in recovery from the Dubai Marathon).
I appreciated the fact that they have separate therapists for male and female. Their male therapist was clearly a man with a passion for his job. After he introduced himself, he established his credentials (he has worked as a masseur for 8 years and is a former nurse) so you know that you're in good hands.
On the down side, Flora Grand Hotel is a bit hard to find. The directions on their website (mobile version) didn't say anything about the fact that the hotel is NOT along the main street. It took me a while to find my bearings and two calls to their reception to finally find it.

We went to the Spa on a Groupon Voucher and the therapy was amazing. We were treated with respect and friendliness. Women on one side and men on another side....would have been nice for a couples room.
However, the treatment was amazing and probably the best i have experience, especially after the Emirates Grand Hotel let us down with the groupon voucher massage we did there.
Therapists were friendly and certainly knew what to do. Will definately return.
