Relaxing Experience, Skilled Thai Therapists

YinYang Spa in Dubai Mall provided a relaxing experience. Fiona and Katty were exceptional therapists, making the massage truly soothing. A massage complemented by dry cupping is highly recommended. The spa was clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with a friendly reception team. Booking was hassle-free.

Magical experience at Yingyang Spa in Dubai Mall

Did a Yingyang Signature Massage with ADA

She is AMAZING !!!! The way she puts the right pressure at the right spots - the pressure points she handles and the stretches 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

If there was more than 5 stars that’s what she deserves

The place is super clean, service is good , way better than the small tacky places in other areas

Definitely put this on your list to do !

Be aware of hidden charges

This is a review for Yinyang Connection Platinum Spa at the Dubai Mall Chinatown. I came here based on all the positive reviews online. I was a walk-in, first time customer.

Be aware of hidden charges. I was charged $9 for using their "organic oil". They don't tell you upfront the oil was extra. In addition, you'll need to pay first before you get your service.

Massage was ok. Nothing special. Music was too loud. I had to ask to have it turned down. The window has see-through glass so when you're changing, you don't have any privacy. One of the walls was also see-through glass with fake plants on the other side used as a shield. Not sure what was on the other side. I was not comfortable undressing. I was not given a robe, slippers or a netted panty to use. My female masseuse didn't even ask me if I had any problem areas she needs to know or that I would like for her to work on.
My first and last time.

We use palm oil as our standard massage oil, which is complimentary. Regarding our clear window panel, this is mandated by the government of UAE hence all of our branches follow this mandate. I had a session with one of the therapists named Vicky. She was absolutely professional, talented, and super kind. By far, this was the best massage I have ever had. If you are looking for a legit massage place in Dubai, this place is for you. I highly recommended
