The experience from beginning to the end was superb! Excellent and knowledgable crew. The spa menu was extensive and spoilt for choice. I chose the Balinese relaxing body massage. I chose the lavender oil of the 2 offered. Amy my masseuse was so experienced and knew my knots and crosses on my body. The relaxation, steam room, jacuzzi and pool were sublime. This is easily the best spa I’ve been to.

We have been going to the spa for the past two years, we go every week couples deep tissue massage for 90 minutes we are extremely happy with the team, facilities also our regular therapist Lou and Prashant.

Great service and attentive staff. Sanji from the reception is amazing. My Thai therapist is great too. Would definitely visit here again.

Both my partner and I underwent facial massages. The two masseurs were lovely and were gentle but effective. The best facials we have had. The Spa itself is delightful and tranquil. Every member of staff was happy and courteous. Highly recommended!

A visit to this spa is pure luxury. The vibe is serene and professional. One is greeted with a smile upon entering the doors, and treated as a VIP. My visit was much needed down time and the massage was just perfect. My husband and I had a couples massage with Luh and Mai and I would recommend these therapists in a heart beat. For the first time I did not want the massage to end. The ladies were clearly well experienced therapists and ensured that they targeted all issues. At the end of the session we both received some feedback on how to help ourselves. Much appreciated.:)

A thorough relaxing experience. The wellness retreat including the hot stones and full body massage were just what was in need. Lou was a fantastic therapist she worked on my knots and recommended some future treatments as well as gels for my problematic back. The spa has amazing facilities including the heat beds, the sauna, jacuzzi and my favourite the zen lounge for just me time and some refreshing tea. Definitely highly recommended.

One of the best spas I've been too. Custom facials are just that, they listen to what your concerns are and focus on those areas. I almost fell asleep it was so relaxing.

The facilities are very nice but the reception didn’t inform us in where we could go and what was included. We felt left over.
The lunch at La Baie was less then what we expected.
They have a limited selection of dishes and some of them require an extra charge. The food was average.
However, Sanjay understood that we weren’t happy and went above and beyond with his service. He made our stay extremely pleasant. His kind and customized service made me rating 3 stars instead of 2.

The spa facility is 1st class. Right from the smiling faces of the receptionist to the therapist. All were excellent.
The gym team were great too.
Indira was very pleasant and was very helpful with helping me with yoga and some flexibility movements as I so needed that. I will certainly recommend.

I have visited the Ritz Carlton Dubai Spa multiple times. It is by far the BEST spa I have been to in the region. The facilities, staff, and treatments make this a must-stop for any visitor or local alike. Be sure to ask and see if they have any massage packages that include beach/pool access! That’s one of the best ways to spend the day.
Shout out to Mehernaz! She did a great job to always make sure me and my friends were welcomed and provided with exceptional care on each and every visit.
