Wanted to book my husband a massage - spoke via the ebutler and the brochure and received a price of 560aed - agreed and proceeded to book. Then received an email stating price 812aed. I questioned this and was told 'we have flexible pricing at the moment'. Nowhere was this stated or advertised. Absolutely disgraceful customer service and extremely misleading. AVOID BOOKING.

This is a fantastic sis in the Madinat Jumeirah.
The spa area is large and located away from the hotel which adds to the feeling of tranquility.
We had a couples massage in a stunning, large room. The masseurs were excellent.
Beautifully fitted out. A strong recommendation.

Has the best massage with Mercy at Talise spa at Al Qaser.
A full 2 hour experience with scrub and massage (90 minutes)
Very atentive and absolutely wonderful at her job.
I found the place overall the best spa I’ve been in dubai so far!

The Talise Spa is one of the most beautiful Spas that I have visited in Dubai. It has its own private entrance away from the hustle and bustle of the main hotel and the entire journey is serene and relaxing - just as it should be.
The check in was professional and courteous and we were welcomed with a lovely warm ginger tea. The entire place has a grand air of elegance around it as you go from the check in lounge to the changing areas and then walk across the footbridge to a treatment room. The room itself is palatial and beautiful.
The one hour couple massage was heavenly, relaxing and definitely de-stressing. However, it does not end there. An entire day can fleet by as you can relax on the terrace, enjoy a swim, do sauna and steam bath and just chill. I highly recommend the experience.

We recently stayed at Jumeirah Dar Al masyaf and during our week long stay I had three negative experiences with Talise Spa, Firstly, I was booked in for a 90 minute massage however the therapist greeted me and said I was booked in for 60 minutes. I said that I wasn’t, I booked for 90 minutes and had an email confirmation of this and she repeated told me I was booked for 60 minutes and I couldn’t go back to reception to check as it was eating into my massage time. Needless to say I was extremely irritated from the start of my massage and it was anything but a relaxing experience. When I went back to the reception after my massage and again said I had booked for 90 minutes and they again said it was booked for 60 minutes and handed me the invoice for a completely different person. The second time I experience Talise spa was when I was booked in for the core yoga class on the beach. I was told to go to the Celeste pool on the beach by both the spa and e butler. After setting my alarm and going all the way to the beach for 8.30am for the class, there was no one there. I messaged to E butler who again confirmed it was on the beach and emailed the spa who gave me no response. I waited for around 45 minutes on the beach for someone to tell me what was happening with the yoga class I was booked onto and the E butler then said it was at French Riviera restaurant which was completely incorrect. I was told it had been escalated to spa management and to expect a call but I heard nothing. I later discovered the class had been moved to the spa however they failed to inform me. Again I was told to expect a call from management but nothing, and I had a morning wasted due to a total lack of care and communication. My third experience was another massage to try to make up for the first experience, this time it was 90 minutes however when the massage ended the therapist told me I weak muscles like someone who doesn’t move at all and that I must not do any exercise. To someone who regularly runs, does spin, yoga and has a two year old daughter this was extremely insulting and I left the spa again feeling aggravated and annoyed. Jumeirah dar al masyaf is lovely however I will not be returning to the spa, purely due to the horrendous service I received

Very frustrated from what happened to me at the spa!! I left my branded diamond necklace at the locker and called them later to inform . They said they did not find any necklace there. Moreover, they told me personnel checks after each client, which means they found it. I requested a call back from security or management team to check on cameras. Nobody called me. There is no camera at the locker area. My necklace was under tshirt when i entered. This was on Saturday,27 January 2024

This is the most beautiful spa I have ever been to. The room was exquisite and the therapist fantastic. I had a massage from Rekha and she was thoughtful and very much made this a bespoke experience. I would definitely return on my next trip to Dubai.

A big thank you to Talise for a 10/10 facial on Saturday. It was the most relaxing afternoon I have had in a long time. The staff throughout are so welcoming, helpful and lovely. The treatment beds are possibly the most comfortable I have experienced - imagine lying on a cloud! My therapist Isabelle was brilliant; her pressure was perfect, the face massage so divine that I nearly nodded off a couple of times and the end result was a clear, pumped up, smooth and glowing skin. I rarely notice much different after a facial, but I certainly did this time. Thank you Isabelle and team from a very happy customer!

This is one of the best Spas I have been to. It is in a lovely location and the interior is spectacular. Just how a Spa should be, relaxing and a pleasure to go to.
We went back twice on a 6 day holiday, and had massages both times. The Masseurs are all brilliant, very experienced and did exactly what you asked for.
It is on the expensive side but who cares, you feel like you're walking on air when you leave.
Well done to the Spa staff.

I had mixed impressions from visiting the Talise spa.
The area is fabulous, all the little things are provided for the convenience of the guest.
Therapist Ali conducted the program at the highest level.
But the impression from the managers who greet the guests and the accompanying young ladies is extremely negative. My husband booked the spa program for me, indicating the need for a female therapist. This condition was confirmed in the booking confirmation from Spa Talise (e-mail).
When I arrived at the spa, the manager rather fussily asked if I knew that my program had a male therapist assigned to me. I show the confirmation in the mail.
Here the second manager immediately got involved and both began to come up with different versions on the fly: the husband did not indicate the gender of the therapist when booking, there was a glitch in the system, they wanted to warn you, but they didn’t get through, etc.
Solution to the situation: instead of a 90-minute program, we can offer 30 minutes with a female therapist, but you need to wait about an hour. Or agree to a program with a male therapist.
Therapist Ali carried out the program professionally, but at the end of the visit, shortcomings again appeared.
I finished the program at 20:30, with a short rest ahead with a cup of tea. The accompanying administrator rather sharply clarified that they were working for another 10-15 minutes, don’t linger, you’re the last one. Very welcoming.
But the manager at the reception was able to amaze me. When asked to call a taxi, she offered to take a buggy to the hotel and take a taxi there. I couldn't help anymore.
Although when visiting the spa a few weeks earlier, the same managers called a taxi for my husband.
Will I return to Talis Spa again? I am not sure.
After all, visiting a spa is a whole complex of experiences, not just the work of a therapist. The Taliseh spa level is not as advertised

One of our objectives is to create a serene environment to all of our guests; Children at the age of 16 and below are not permitted to enter the spa facilities.
Our private pool is part of spa amenities provided to all guests that availed the spa services. Hence, I cannot guarantee any exclusivity. However, we ensure that it is not over-crowded and you can still have your private time.
