Absolutely brilliant soft place for children’s so much going on It’s bright colourful clean We all had fabulous times So many different areas for different age children
Had special show of the cheeky monkeys and all the children joined in
The food was really good too hot freshly prepared the children ate it all up so says volumes
Highly recommend also air conditioned

kids can easily spend up to hours here, the place is safe and encourages exploration and can be suitable for kids 1 year old and above

Many games for babies and kids will come back again with my baby 1.5years.
The place is good and clean.

Heaven for kids to just have their fun their own way.
Huge entertainment place with activities, arts and crafts, drop and go facility.
Summer camps are available at 125 dhs per session morning and evening for 4 hours.
Place is sanitized every hour including the play area.
Usually rates are 95 dhs for 2 hours
115 dhs for 4 hours
Age 3 needs to be accompanied by their parent/guards.
Theres perfect washroom and cafe facility inside the center.
Kids loved their time there.
Birthday halls are currently closed due to covid restrictions but they do home services

Recently we visited cheeky monkey j3 mall branch and found the whole place quite good neat and hygienic. They have a soft play area, big party hall and many attractions like face painting, slime making areas etc. It's a good place for play dates. We really enjoyed our 2 hours play date.

My wife and I are international lawyers with our own company worldwide. We rely on trusted soft play and interaction for our children when we have to work. We have been in Dubai since January 2021 and we remain here for sometime. Cheeky Monkeys is exceptional here is why:
Exceptionally clean
The staff are incredible.
The staff are very kind, attentive and interact with the children at all times
The food options are great and healthy options are available to
The energy of the team is addictive
The activities and imagination are endless.
Godfred and the Filipino staff are simply amazing. In particular Godfred is a wonderful human being with so much patience and soul my boys love him.
The place is very secure and safe
Anyone who negatively reviews this place must have a) personal issues or b) have no sense of respect for these people who work so hard here. They are brilliant.
My boys aged 4 and 2 love this place and we would encourage any parent to bring their children here.

Very rude Filipino staff named Belle! Wont be coming back!!! You should train your staff to be nice and professional, it is important to keep customers coming back!

On this weekend, we attended two birthday parties, one at Cheeky Monkeys, Barsha Mall and the other one at Cheeky monkeys, Pointe. This was my first time in Cheeky monkeys and overall the experience was good! Since the Pointe center is new and has a better location, I like it more. Nonetheless, setup and arrangements were pretty similar.
Kids had a good time in the birthday parties, they were pretty well organized and hosted. Soft play areas are a great fun for kids. There is little to engage adults and hence it get tiring for them, but it was for sure a great time for kids.

Experience at the outlet in the pointe is absolutely horrible because of the service level of manager on duty .
Been a regulars customer to cheeky monkeys for a very long time. We are in their outlets nearly every week. Unfortunately the last two visits at their outlet at the Pointe is very unpleasant.... both are on Fridays , manager on duty is a Philippino looking lady who refused to provide her name to me when I asked. Her attitude was absolutely arrogant.
First time, I came with other two friends having kids play date, there was some confusion and we asked for explanation and suggested a better way to manage such issue, she didn’t appreciate and when I asked if she was new to the center, she talked like a queen that she’s not here all the time because she is the MANGER!
Today taking kids here again didn’t think we will see her again, me and my husband were not aware of outside coffee can not be taking inside the center, when we got the coffee , one of the front desk staff explained to us that outside food and drinks is not allowed , so we followed, and stood at the door drinking our coffee. When I was half way through my coffee I asked nicely can we just take in and know for next time. She jumped in said straight away, you can got outside .... so I confronted her, is she kicking us out? Then she came out with a lecture of her company policy and labor laws .... also informed me her company policy is more important than children. When I asked her to talk in a better manners, she threatened me of me touching her personality is illegal... OMG! I don’t know what’s happening to this world! Is this the customer service we should receive as Loyal customers? Absolutely disappointed and unacceptable experience. Their rate is not cheap and the service is cheap. NOT recommended to the outlet at the Pointe.
