坐落于朱美拉路，是迪拜最美丽的清真寺之一。它是开罗爱资哈尔清真寺较小的复制品。石头建筑是基于中世纪法蒂玛传统，两座尖塔展示了石制品微妙的细节。值得在晚上欣赏灯光笼罩着的伊斯兰式的建筑。谢赫 默罕默德 本 拉希德文化理解中心组织导游参观清真寺，提供讲座，阿拉伯语课程和文化餐。75分钟的游览，每天从1000小时开始，除了周五。游览费用是20迪拉姆。允许拍照，游客们可以品尝咖啡，枣子和阿拉伯传统小吃。妇女们在参观期间必须带上头巾，确保她们的肩膀被遮住。8路公交从黄金露天市场（Gold Souk）公交站，到伊本巴图塔（Ibn Battuta)商场经过清真寺。

The Jumeirah mosque open as normal as daily at 10.00 AM and 2.00 PM except Fridays and Sunday (For the guided tour costs AED 25 per person)

I'm Christian (not Muslim), but I know that Dubai does not shut down completely during Ramadan. I guess the Jumeirah mosque may open as normal as daily at 10.00 AM and 2.00 PM except Fridays (25 AED/person)

Yes to CC and backpack. It's a (large) one room waiting area/buffet experience/gift shop, ie "open concept." And it's an around the corner Mosque, one large room - no extensive walking and no smaller rooms. They really want to teach non-muslims about Islam, without any conversion mumbo-jumbo. Very friendly. Very open.

What is the appropriate dress code for men and women? I understand that women should wear a scarf over their head; however, is it required that legs are also fully covered for both men and women?

It is more appropriate that you have have your body full covered with long sleeves and trousers (or long skirt etc) and head cover (women).
Men should also be modestly dressed, i.e. not ripped jeans, tight bottoms or Short shorts,
Any bottoms below the knee should be fine

Hello Carrie, the Mesquita Jumeirah is a mosque so there is no entry fee. I visited it free of cost. If you’re referring to another site by the same name, I don’t know about it and hence can’t give you a correct response.

Is there anywhere to leave beach bags? It seems a bit disrespectful to go on the tour inside carrying a big bag!

To be honest I cant see why that would be an issue. If you want to know in advance, I would go on the Jumeirah mosque website and ask them the question?
I did this a couple of times before I went to Dubai and they responded very quickly.
