There are many many jewellers in Dubai, but to my mind and the one I keep returning to is Passion. I am ecstatic with the remodelling of a couple of my own pieces and the new items I purchased. Hermant is an expert and provides all his customers not only sound advice but genuine hospitality. Thank you for the tour of your factory and my beautiful jewellery. See you next visit

If I could give 10 stars, I would...this is a proper jeweller with a workshop that will turn your jewellery around in a timely fashion. I had a piece dissected, redesigned and remade within a couple of days. Cad drawings of my rings were sent to me the following day and communication from start to finish was impeccable. He saved the stones I didn't use and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of his craft. I wouldn't hesitate trusting them with my jewellery needs going forwards, they offer a brilliant service.

Hemant and team were amazing, hence I’m leaving reviews everywhere - because this place is such a hidden gem right in the heart of dubai.💎 Initially thought travelling to the gold souk would be our best bet, but passion jewellers delivered on my request beyond my expectations and I’m grateful to have discovered them (as a tourist)~

Mr. Vinod was very helpful and the rest of the staff was also very patient. They also customized according to my needs in 20 mins.

We came to Passion Jewellers having seen very good reviews on tripadvisor, we were not disappointed at all. Amazing Jewerly with excellent customer service from Hamant & Sabrina, I had a beautiful Diamond ring, sized for me in 20 minutes.
What a choice and wonderful display of jewellery in this shop, I recommend you go and take a look, it’s well worth the visit.

Hemant and he’s team are amazing we went in not sure what I wanted or price were would pay and 3 days later I walked away with the most beautiful ring for my 25th wedding anniversary it was made for me and it’s beautiful , they also redipped my husbands wedding band as it had tarnished. Can not thank them enough and I’m sure next time I’m in Dubai I will be back

Excellent customer service. I bought my ring from Passion Jewels a few years ago. The ring needed repairing and Passion Jewellers couldn’t do enough to help. Outstanding service. I will be coming back to this store when I return to UAE

We came to Dubai with family to celebrate our wedding. Having grown up in Dubai I wanted my engagement ring made there for sentimental value.
Having read reviews before we arrived we decided to visit Passion and I am so glad we did.
We were served by Bhupendra. He was amazing throughout the whole process. I wanted the ring to match and fit with my wedding band. I had to leave this with them and within 3 days my husband was contacted to say the ring was ready. When we arrived I felt the ring was slightly too small. Bhupendra insisted this was not a problem and it resized within half an hour. While we waited he took us on a tour of the factory and explained the design process. It was a fantastic experience. Not only that he then ensured we were driven back to our villa. Amazing customer service!
When we arrived home we had the ring valued for insurance purposes and found that it is worth a considerable amount more than what we paid.
All in all a fantastic experience. I couldn't be happier with my beautiful ring.

Wow what fantastic service received at Passion when going to buy a solitaire. Expertise and guidance and at no point felt pressurised answered all my questions with great knowledge and showed patience and professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble.
Had a tour of the factory where the magic happens and even sent back to the hotel safely by one of their drivers

Yes you can barter. Start as low as you dare, they can only say no! They are good guys, they'll look after you.
