Booked an appointment for waxing using Facebook messenger. Prompt reply and easy correspondence (in Spanish). Address is not as advertised on TripAdvisor, but as per their Facebook page - 3 Pte. 163, Viña del Mar. Easy to find, just a hop skip and a jump from the bus stop. Professional service. Really nice beauty therapist. Very reasonable NZ$20 for a full wax! Highly recommend.

I scheduled my appointment using Facebook Messenger since I did not have a local phone to use. When I arrived at the address listed on TripAdvisor, the spa was nowhere to be found. By pure luck, I passed it on 3 Poniente on my way back to my hotel. Staff was very kind and helpful. I speak little Spanish but we managed to get by. Facilities were clean. Prices were fair; they do not accept tips for spa services (though I tried). Overall, I was pleased with my waxing services.

I was very satisfied with the manicure, pedicure and full waxing services I received at this small salon on a residential street in Vina. The receptionist was welcoming and was able to fit me in at the end of the same day I walked in. The young women who performed my services, Marie Elizabeth was skillful and had a positive attitude. She spoke more than enough English for us to communicate and was helpful and encouraging as I practiced my little knowledge of Spanish.
Visitors from the United States will notice a difference in how the tools of the trade are maintained and how the wax is administered. Let's call it casual vs. the United States' hyper-health codes. Overall, I felt the salon was clean and well maintained. Just one of the many differences one encounters when traveling outside one's own country.
