Thank you, thank you, thank you to Sothy, Sarak and Haley for giving me an experience I could only dream of.
If you're willing to go along for the ride, this wonderful trio will give you an incredibly in-depth look into local life in Cambodia.
They went above and beyond to provide me with a personalized tour, answering my one million and one questions along the way.
It felt like I was hanging out with close friends. And for a solo traveller, that's very valuable.

I had a great afternoon fishing with guides Sothy and Haley. Learning traditional fishing can be challenging but the guides were patient and supportive, and we all had a good laugh! We then cooked the fish right there on the sand which was really cool.
The place we went to fish there was not another tourist in sight. We had the whole place to ourselves! Travelling can be exhausting but this was such a breath of fresh air - literally!
I was travelling solo but I imagine this kind of trip would be great with families or friends.
I'm glad I found Get Insight - A true local experience!

I recently attended this tour and am so happy that I did. The guides are incredibly helpful and the places and people we visited were full of information and wisdom. It was a joy to share this experience with such fun and knowledgeable people. I wish I had done more tours with this group before we left Cambodia. Take this tour!!

The tour definitely provided or exceeded what it promised! The guides, Sothy, Sarak, and Haley, led the participants in the small group tour into the actual lives of Khmer healers. Quite a learning experience!

My group of friends and I wanted an adventure and Sothy and Sarakk were great! They were patient with a large group, founds ways for us to grab the best deals, and motivated us when we were exhausted from cycling all day. Their sense of humor was really enjoyable too.
My friends and I really appreciated their flexibility, their information about local plants, and the fantastic lunch!

Sothy Than came along with our family and official temple guide specifically to help keep our kids entertained. He certainly did that. His English is great and being a Dad himself he was a natural with our girls. While the other guide told us about the temples, Sothy pointed out all the things he knew our girls would appreciate, such as the monkeys and funny scenes in murals or funny statues. He was also full of extra information for us adults and just generally a great spirit to have around. Would recommend him to anyone — young, old or in between.

We started with a visit to a local market and then had a hands on learning experience making our very own Cambodian lunch. Sothi and Haley were excellent hosts showing us the techniques required to make fresh spring rolls, amok with chicken and baby fish dessert. We learned a lot and actually enjoyed the lunch we prepared under supervision. Good for all skill levels.

I never had this kind of tour!!! I did not know anything about the spirits, about black magic and the special way, how a fortunate teller is informing you about the future. This tour is really unique and teaches you a lot about their belief. There are so many hidden secrets, which the local people with their special gifts are willing to share with you.

If you want to experience the ‘real’ Cambodia and have a personalized trip: book this! We did a four-day tour and had the best times We learned from locals and this made the experience so much better. The team makes you feel very welcome and you can ask them anything. We had a great family trip and we will forever remember Cambodia!

We had a brilliant tour which began at the door of our hotel in Siem Reap. We had a Tuk tuk ride (Sarak is amazing!) through the town and countryside until we got to the boat waiting for us on the lake (Tonlé Sap). All along the way we were treated to some history, some current events, some local stories etc, anything we were interested in or asked about Sothy and Haley were knowledgeable and passionate about sharing their surroundings. They had genuine relationships with some of the folks working and living in the floating villages and were able to bring us to meet them. Lunch was delicious too! I can’t recommend this delightful, insightful little company enough - it was a day to remember. D,E and R
