Had Cambodia Tourist Association guides and drivers in both Siem Reap and Phnom Penh.
The guides were both really knowledgeable about all the sites we visited. And gave us a good on-site into life on Cambodia. The drivers were also good and we felt very safe driving around

We (my family and I) have made a private tour in Siem Reap, during the 1st week of August.
Thanks to our guide, we were able to enjoy every moment, situation and monument of the Angkor complex and the surrounding area of Siem Reap and the Tonle Sap lake.
Our guide was amazing, very prepared, extremely helpful.
His name? Peuk Sophoan, and we would like to recommend it for the future to anyone who wants to undertake a tour in this wonderful land that we will always carry in our hearts.
Thanks to Peuk (known as "Dom") and to the C.T.G.A.
La mia famiglia ed io abbiamo fatto un tour privato in Siem Reap, durante la prima settimana di Agosto.
Grazie alla nostra guida, abbiamo potuto assaporare ogni momento, situazione e monumento del complesso di Angkor e del territorio circostante Siem Reap e il lago Tonle Sap.
La nostra guida è stata straordinaria, molto preparata, estremamente disponibile.

Wir hatten das Glück kurzfristig Sam für 2 Tage als Führer zu gewinnen. Ich habe selten jemand so entspannten, kenntnisreichen und auf die Bedürfnisse der Kunden eingehenden Führer erlebt. Einfach die angegebene Telefonnummer anrufen. Es gibt kein Office, in dem man vorbei gehen könnte. Tour ist in Englisch, aber das ist ganz ausgezeichnet. Sehr zu empfehlen!

per due giorni Visna ci ha fatto sognare girovagando tra i templi più belli, raccontandoci in un buon italiano tutto quello che c'è da sapere. Il terzo giorno ci ha portato sul fiume, al villaggio dei pescatori e infine in giro per la città. Molto preparato, gentile ed educato. Esperienza indimenticabile

My husband and I spent 3 unforgetteable days in Siem Reap and took at 3 private day tour on Angkor and other temples, plus a visit to Tonle Sap lake. Pok Samnang was an outstanding and cultivated guide, knowledgeable about the history, the religions... but also about everything we asked him about Cambodia. He adapted the tour to us and made this experience unique.

We are a family of three children ( 11, 9, 7), parents and grandparents visiting Siem Reap for 4 days. Our tour guide Pok Samnang "Sam" was an amazing guide. Sam is extremely experienced and an absolute fountain of knowledge about all aspects of Siem Reap, Ankor Wat and the country and people of Cambodia. Wherever possible Sam took us to areas that were less populated by other tourists.
Sam was considerate of everyone in our group and paced our tour to suit all our needs. Sam was flexible and very happy to tailor our activities based on our requirements and interests. I would highly recommend Sam as a tour guide. He deserves every success in his business.

Sam is an outstanding guide and has an excellent command of English. We spent two days with Sam and a private driver in Seam Reap and are very very satisfied with his guide services. He has a great depth of knowledge of the history and culture of Cambodia and is able to present it in a very understandable manner.
Sam was very timely and gave us induidual time when we wanted to spend extra time at some of the sites or gave us a more indepth review of the temple history when we asked him to elaborate. He had good knowledge of the mythology and the stories behind the temple carvings. We are more than happy to recommend Sam and his driver friend. You can reach him at +855 12 829930.
Sam and his driver friend always had cold water and cold towels for us when we got back to the car after the temple visits in the hot sun.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo passato 3 giorni a Siem Riep guidati dal signor Kim.
I primi due abbiamo visitato Angkor Wat, Bayon, Tha Prom e altri templi stupendi.
Durante queste giornate Kim ci ha raccontato molto chiaramente, in inglese, la storia di questi templi, raccontandoci anche le storie induiste e buddiste che hanno ispirato le decorazioni.
Kim é sempre stato molto puntuale negli orari e ha strutturato le visite in modo da evitare troppi affollamenti.
Per i pranzi Kim ci ha portati in ristoranti a buon prezzo ma puliti e ordinati. Ha sempre evitato di farci mangiare in mercati o in luoghi nei quali ci saremmo potuti trovare in imbarazzo.
Nonostante ció ci ha mostrato dei luoghi dove era possibile assaggiare piatti tipici (io per esempio ho assaggiato delle rane alla griglia per strada).
Le giornate passate con lui sono state davvero piacevoli in quanto é un ragazzo molto simpatico, gentile e capace di colmare le differenze culturali tra i turisti e le persone locali.
Consigliamo vivamente un tour guidato da lui per chiunque volesse visitare la meravigliosa Siem Reap.

Consigliamo vivamente un tour guidato da lui per chiunque volesse visitare la meravigliosa Siem Reap.

My sister and I spent 4 days in Siem Reap, Cambodia from May 4, 2016 to May 7, 2016. We were fortunate to have Chamnan Seiha "Nan" as our guide. My sister and I are from Peru so we requested a guide that spoke Spanish. We visited 6 Asian countries on this trip (Singapore, India, Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia and South Korea). We are happy to report that our visit to Cambodia wa the most enjoyable of all and Nan had a lot to do with it. Nan and his driver were extremely polite and very punctual. Nan's wealth of knowledge about his country, the region and world history was commendable. We learned so much from him! He and his driver were very sweet. His driver (whose name I don't remember because I am awful with names) always met us with deliciously cold water bottles after our excursions in the heat (well over 100 degrees!) and smiling while holding the car door open for us. Such a gentleman! Both Nan and his driver made us feel extremely comfortable, safe and well taken care of. The places we saw were incredible (Bayon, Angkor Wat, Neak Pean, Preah Khan, Ta Prohm, Banteay Samre, Banteay Srey, South Gate, Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, Elephant Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King, etc.) but the information Nan provided for us while showing us each of these places make them come to life!
I am not sure if Nan speaks English as well as Spanish (which he spoke fluently and clearly) but I am sure he would let you know if you ask him. Lastly, Nan and his driver were kind enough to drop us off at alternate locations at the end of the day if we asked. One time they dropped us off at a French restaurant for which we had a reservation and another day they brought us to the center of town so that we could enjoy Pub Street before going back to the hotel. They were the friendliest, most courteous and knowledgeable gentlemen. Perfect for two women traveling alone. I cannot recommend Nan enough. He was just wonderful! His contact information is:

My uncle and aunt have just come back from Siem Reap. They are a pair of middle-aged couple who have not been to many places on their own. Originally they would follow a travel agency tour but the tour got cancelled and they were so looking forward to seeing the Angkor, and so they decided to go on their own.
Long story short, we were extremely worried about them. I looked on the internet for tour guides that could take care of them, and at the end I found Cambodia Tourist Guide Association. We discussed the itinerary through emails and I asked lots of questions, but they always gave me fast and helpful responses.
During their stay in Siem Reap, the guides and driver have taken good care of them. They picked them up at the hotel on time every day, and made sure they had enough water when they're visiting the Angkor. I could rest assured that they were having a safe nice time when they were with the guide. And after they came back, they told me they had a wonderful time with them.
I have not been with them so I cannot review their guiding service with my personal experience, but I really like their customer services.
