All of the tours and activities at Backstreet Academy are held in different venues across the city. Once you make a booking online with Backstreet on their website, you will be sent a map and address to a pick up location for that particular tour or activity (or if you choose to get picked up, you can do so for a small transport fee). Hi Barbara, Backstreet Academy offices are officially open from 8 am until 6 pm. However, our reservation team operates on a 24 hour basis. If you are planning on visiting our office to find out more about our tours and activities, we would advise you to visit our website instead and make your inquiry directly through the site, we generally respond immediately or within an hour. Furthermore, you might not always catch our local team in the office as they could be out in the field inspecting new tours, monitoring existing ones etc. We are in operation 24/7 :)
