Played it 3 times on business trips, nice 36 holes, Palmer & Nicklaus design very well maintained, water and long, greens are fast...listen to the women caddies, they know the course very well

When it comes to rains, the Alan Plamer Course will dry up within 1 hour after the rain stops due to excellent drainage system unmatched by any other gold courses!
Most club members are from Hong Kong and they play golf with etiquette.

This is the first golf club in China and it is still one of the best. The conditions are always at their best and the staff are polite and well trained. There are two courses, the Palmer course (old course) and the Nicholas course (new course). The Palmer course is a walking course and the layout is very interesting. The Nicholas course allow golf cart on the fairway which is very very rare in China. Don't miss playing here if you have the chance.

As the oldest members golf club in the China, it has some of the most experience caddies I had come across. Some actually provided very good tips that helped our games. The older Palmer course is friendly and enjoyable. It had just been converted to a buggy course. The newer Nicklaus is a lot more scenic and more challenging. Club house is small but well managed. There is hot-spring pool and pretty good massage facility. The club restaurant serves one of the best classic roasted port and pigeon. I always enjoy playing here!

昨年改修後に一気に値上げしたとかで価格は上海並みの高級コース。でもコースは平らで水だらけの上海と違って自然の山並みを生かしたアンジュレーションもあり、日本と近い感覚。キャディも明るく真面目で気持ち良くプレーできました。ただブッシュに入るとまずボールは見つからないので多めに持ってくる必要あり。（ちょうどなくなりそうな13番あたりでボール売りのおばさんがいました）

We have played here a couple of times on the Nicklaus course and it was very entertaining and fun but quite challenging with many hilly holes. But it is definitely a worthwhile resort that have 2 courses in a pretty convenient area in southern China. The caddies have different levels depending what you want to pay. Golf carts are also extra charges.

Fantastic course and good caddies. Played the Arnold Palmer Course. World Class! Just 10 minuts cab-ride from the city

A business colleague of mine is a member of this club and on my recent visit to Hong Kong, I accepted his invitation to play. Very exciting crossing the border, making the journey and playing my first round of golf in China. It is a great course, beautifully designed and a pure joy. I played the Palmer which was tight but manageable (lots of dogleg rights). The caddies were awesome, the clubhouse beer was cold and the facilities and people warm and inviting. They were obviously very proud of this facility as they should be. The caddies also seemed amused to have an American playing in their group but I can say this: they sure could read those greens!

Nice abmience, great location, price affordable, good condition of the course, enough parking around. Rooms really nice and great sourrounding! Service- soso as well food quality very local! The staff no English at all and always have to search for them...
Over all it's a reasonable place, not for food experience...

You can either play at the Palmer or Nicklaus course.
The Palmer course is short and narrow, but the tight and tree-lined fairways will make you think about twice before you decide to bomb it down the fairway. This course uses bent grass, so the conditions are great during winter
The Nicklaus course is long and the fairways are wide, but as with any Nicklaus course, you will want to avoid the bunkers as it will really hurt you. This course uses bermuda grass, so the conditions are great during summer
Also, the course is well marked and the caddy's are the best in China. They have been voted the best in the country numerous times.
