Parque lineal en el que se puede disfrutar de una exuberante naturaleza .La escultura principal es un simpático gato al que diferentes artistas han regalado unas hermosas gatas, todas con personalidad única, bellas esculturas a las que vale la pena conocer .

So far this park has topped my list of places I've enjoyed in Cali. The Gato del Río is a sight to see especially if you've seen how he has become a symbol of the city, but what makes this park so interesting is the collection of sculptures of female cats displaying their personalities. If you don't know Spanish, finding a way to translate the signs accompanying the female cats will be worth your effort. There's plenty of humor and social insight to be found here, most of it in a whimsical sort of way.

Estatua icónica de la ciudad, lugar ideal para una foto del recuerdo del paso por Cali, a su lado hay una serie de estatuas de las "novias" del gato muy interesantes y tiene cerca varios restaurantes y bares cerca al río, por lo que recomiendo visitar el espacio y luego aprovechar para departir en familia, pareja o con amigos en la zona.

El gato es hermoso e imponente al posicionarlo al ingreso del Parque de los gatos, las demás esculturas de las novias con una coqueteria completa. Un plan muy apropiado para todos , caminata bajo arboles, y al lado del rio, refrescante. Faltan locales para compar un refresco asi que recomiento llevar algo de comer.

This cat park is so cool and original. It was a lot of fun see all the cat sculptures with their unique designs. And the location (riverside park) was outstanding. My only comment is that I wish it that the description signs for each cat had English translations.

Cute little park alongside the river that you can leisurely stroll through admiring the different cat statues. Some are different like the Tejada one at the beginning but most are the same and then interpreted differently by each artist for a nice way to compare and contrast your favourites. The flora and fauna is also really lovely as is the bird watching section at the end of the walkway. Free and open to the public to enjoy!
