Borderline fraudulent operation, beware! The company had no issue taking my money online for an apartment rental for a stay in Cartagena. After booking, I reached out to asked about the general location of the apartment, and that's when the red flags started. First, they didn't want to chat on their website, and asked if we could what'sapp, so I said sure, no problem. Then upon chatting, they wouldn't answer my question about location, and then said they needed to check on availability. Red flag #2, why allow me to book, AND take my money, if you don't know about availability. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, so I allowed them the time to check. Then no response. The next day, no response again, so I reached back out. They said they were still checking and when I asked when I would hear, they said 'mid-day'. That was 10 days ago. I reached out on Monday for a status, no response. Tuesday, no response. Finally today, when I suggested this was fraudulent, and I would be posting a review, they finally responded and without any explanation, apology or anything else, simply said, 'we will give the money back'. I'm not sure if the pandemic has caused them to lose sight of their values and mission, but for any future travelers, I urge caution with this company.
