The place is a total toilet, filthy bathrooms, filthy showers, never clean. The site should be closed by the relevant Authority as it is a danger to public health.

The truth we expected much more, the park very abandoned, the pool for children with the super dirty and stagnant water, in the pool for hygiene should have shower both for the entrance and exit but nothing. The slides are also super sloppy.

Nothing to do with the photos they publish, this beach is not yellow sand, it looks like a bit of construction gravel and the water is not navy blue, it looks like the sea but with dark green decomposing algae

The place is very nice, the attention of all the staff is excellent, the beach is spectacular, they treat you very well, both the hotel and the cabins are very beautiful, the only thing that would be missing a little would be the variety of meals at the time for lunch and dinner! However, the restaurant is very good, I would definitely repeat it again 😁 It is worth going and clearly the place is spectacular in every way.
I had hesitated to go because of some comments I read but my experience was totally different from the comments. Excellent, do not hesitate to know.

The infrastructure, landscape and climate are very desirable, but the service is terrible. The adult bathrooms at the Waikiki pool are not cleaned between 1pm and 2pm, due to it being “lunch hour”. The slide is only turned on a couple of times a day, but is sold as a permanent attraction. They told us that it was not possible to admit animals and we found a family with two dogs almost inside the pool. They require a swimming cap for the pool but there is no one to control it and the inattention of users is high. Although there are many garbage cans, the lack of civic culture (which is not the establishment's fault) is great.

I would never recommend it: The park is not designed for people with reduced mobility or disabilities, nor a support rail to enter the pools, The food is super expensive and terrible, there are no bathrooms for the disabled, the bathrooms and showers full of rust, the Super unclean "beach" type pool, the slides only work for two hours, but they don't tell you that when you enter.

The place is spectacular, the service is very good, the beach is crazy, the attention of the people who bring you drinks is very good, they treat you very well, both the hotel and the cabins are very beautiful, the only thing that would be missing is a There would be little variety of foods at lunch and dinner time! Recommendations: do not approach the horses, there is no sign not to approach... my husband was bitten by one and no one cared about his attention.

Completamente engañados por la publicidad , las instalaciones estan descuidadas y sucias, realmente es perder el dinero, no lo aconsejo para nada, ese lugar en las condiciones que tiene deberia estar cerrado por las autoridades de turismo .

Hola, disculpa queremos viajar en familia pero tenemos una pequeña mascota la cual no tenemos a quien dejar y es muy apegada a nosotros, ella es juiciosa y la mayoria la dejan entrar a estos sitios, pero aun asi tenemos la duda ¿ella puede entrar a las instalaciones?
