Had my first kite surfing experience with kite tribe, was really great. I was able to surf and feel confident after a couple lessons. Professional and friendly guides who know what they're doing. Thanks guys!

I just took 13 hours of kite surfing lessons at Kite Tribe in El Gouna with Wail as my trainer, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. As an absolute beginner, I had never even flown a kite or surfed before, but Wail’s expertise and teaching style made the entire learning journey enjoyable and rewarding.
Wail is not only very experienced, but he also had an exceptional ability to gauge my progress and push me just the right amount. He managed to maintain a steep learning curve without sacrificing the fun, which made each lesson something to look forward to. By the end of the course, I was even able to kite surf independently upwind, a huge achievement for someone who started with zero experience!
If you’re looking to learn kite surfing, I highly recommend Kite Tribe! Tony and Fabienne are very welcoming and will find just the right trainier for you. You’ll be in great hands and leave with new skills and a love for the sport.

I spent a week with you on the Red Sea in October and would have loved to stay longer. The week was hard to top. The conditions were great, we could kitesurf from sunrise to sunset until falling over. On the only windless afternoon we had the opportunity to snorkel, which was also fun. The atmosphere on board was great, the group was colorfully lumped together with many likeable and kite-loving people. The whole team on board was incredibly nice and attentive, both the organizers and kite instructors who took care of everything between arrival and departure at the airport and always had a tip for us when kiting, the beach team who transported our kites, pumped them up and finally supplied them again and gave us great security as a rescue team, as well as the boat crew who always helpfully kept the rooms and sundeck tidy and provided us with delicious food together with the kitchen crew. We were really spoiled for a week. A big thank you to everyone and for everything!

I booked a kite course and was absolutely thrilled.
The organization is exemplary, always on time and reliable. The material high quality and in top condition.
The coaches are highly qualified and have always given me a good and safe feeling with their calm friendly nature. Even if things didn't go as desired.
After 4 days it was time and I was already able to make my first own trips.
I was absolutely thrilled and will definitely go back to El Gouna for kiting.
The precinct and the team is highly recommended!
Thank you for everything dear Fabi, Toni and everyone who took care of me so family.

Since my first lesson with Kite Tribe back in 2019, I've consistently returned and never been disappointed, great friendly staff, amazing teachers for all levels! If you're looking for a team to help you organize your kite trip to El Gouna, look no further!

I wanted to learn wingfoiling and that's why I travelled to El Gouna in September 2024.
A friend warmly recommended Kite Tribe to me and I can also do this with very good feeling.
From the beginning I was well received. Fabi guided me through the Kite+Wing station and Toni took care of me in terms of the material and the teachers.
With Ahmed Talaat I had a super wingfoil instructor.
Ahmed Talaat is a very competent and experienced Wingfoil + Kitefoil instructor. I was lucky enough to spend 4 days with him on the water and learned wingfoiling from scratch. He also introduced me to kite foiling, because I have been kitesurfing for 10 years but so far only with Twintip. I'd never seen her do much learning. So I can highly recommend Ahmed Talaat and will come back!
Training is done with Flysurfer material. The kite station is powered by kitepower and Kitetribe can use the station and the material.
Super kite center with bar and inexpensive restaurant! Just great!

One of the best kitesurfing experience, every kiter should make - going on a kite safari with Kite Tribe. Having joined the Kite Tribe safari already for the second consecutive year, you feel immediately amongst friends with a similar kite heart and passion for the sport. Most importantly it is a week full of fun, laughter, positivity, getting to know new kiters (who will ultimately become friends), excitement, try out of new kite tricks, ... After a week I always felt extremely energised.
The service of Kite Tribe is not from this world. What you can expect is a full service week including
- ideal kite surfing spots, each flat and deep water spots,
- all the logistics including handling of kite equipment from boat to beach and vice versa, inflation of kites, folding of kites etc. etc.
- a full board food and drink supply including breakfast, lunch dinner as well as snacks in between, permanent supply of drinks; all of highest quality and super delicious,
- numerous kite sessions every day including sunrise, morning, afternoon, sunset,
- downwinder and upwinder sessions,
- ...
It is really a "no-worries/lean-back-and-enjoy week", where you can fully focus on kitesurfing and socialising with like-minded people. Experience it yourselves!
For those still learning kite surfing, I can highly recommend the kite clinic focused on improving your kite skills. It really helped me progressing and getting flaws out of my driving style while enjoying the safari.
I will definitely go again next year. My recommendation: Join the tribe.

A really great experience! I was in El Gouna with my girlfriend for a week, we had pre-registered with Toni and Fabienne. Unfortunately the wind wasn't great and out of 6 days there were only 2 windy days, something that hasn't happened in El Gouna for at least 10 years, as there is actually almost always wind. It wasn't a problem for the two of them, they were able to offer us alternatives straight away, we went diving and we went on a "hike" - really great experiences!
All the instructors took a lot of time for us and got us very far in the customer time. The equipment was also perfect and there were always the right sizes for the right amount of wind.
WE can recommend Kite Tribe 100%, we haven't felt so well looked after for a long time.

Hi, im arriving in hurghada on 30th may and interested in trying kite surfing for first time, would appreciate some info on how it works, how long the training is etc and what the costs would be as im completely new to this but would love to have a go !

Thank you for your inquiry. That's great that you would like to get into kitesurfing! It's a fun way to spend your holiday :)
Our basic beginner's course is usually 8 hours, could be more or less, depending on each person. The 8 hours includes instructor and all the equipment needed.
An 8 hour basic course is 430 euros for individual training and 300 euros per person if you are in a pair. We are really flexible and want to cater to individuals needs, so it's up to you how many hours you'd like to complete!
