We have just returned from waterworld. It was amazing! Reading the bad reviews on here i couldnt believe what people had to moan about. It was perfect. Food was amazing. Hotel and beach spotless! Staff couldnt do enough!
Mohamed Ali in the Africa bar deserves a special mention. What a guy he is! Moussa on the beach was excellent too.
I wouldnt listen to the bad reviews because they are basically reviews from the people who have no respect for this beautiful place and totally no respect for the staff who work hard to make holidays special.
We will definatly return

Суперский аквапарк! Дети вообще были в восторге и не хотели вылазить целыми днями!🤪

It's really unpolite attitude from the management team , how to treat the guests , very aggressive and don't know how to handle guests complaints , I was with my family today, surprised from the attitide of pool & recreation manager at the aqua Park , don't go there ,

مكان سى للغايه والمعامله سيئه جدا وعدم احترام للعميل وانتظرنا اكتر من ساعه لرد المبلغ وهو ٤٠٠٠ جنيه لعدد ٤ اشخاص لاستخدام الاكو فعلا لا انصح بالتجربه

The Aquapark team are implementing the safety measures and informing the guests the rules of the slides which include that Not wearing any kind of jewelry when using the slides.
Refunding the payment needs certain documents and approval which it takes a little time.

Брали экскурсию с трансером в аквапарк, билеты оплатили заранее рублями. На входе прайс 1000 египетских фунтов за взрослого, 750 за взрослого в группе от 15 человек. Дети до 5 лет включительно бесплатно. Нам сказали взять паспорт с собой, но его никто не проверил. На входе встречающий сказал, что иногда проверяют, иногда нет. Это конечно не удобно, потому что оставляли паспорта с собой на свой риск. Не нашли сейфа или ресепшн, где могли бы оставить их.
Раздевалка находится в одноэтажном небольшом белом домике между пиратской горкой с отливающейся головой и большими горками. Очередь комфортная, время ожидания не больше 15 минут. Горки классные, страшные)
Еда ужасная, в течении дня можно есть бургеры не вкусные, вода и мороженое. Негде совсем спрятаться от солнца, мне стало плохо от перегрева, хотя сидели в тени, но и это не спасло. Сын поранил ногу - спасатели помазали лосьоном и наклеили пластырь. Берите с собой маски или очки плавательные. Снимайте цепочки, браслеты и часы, солнечные очки, иначе на горку не пустят. Можно в плавательных и кепках. Полотенца нужны с собой, рекомендую коралки и плавать в них, нагреваются горки и бетон сильно. Рашгарды и головные уборы обязательно .Перерыв с 13 до 14 часов, горки выключают в это время. На раз съездить норм!

Very good and clean structure with a lot slides, Kind employees, good international food included, very Amazing waterpark far 5 minutes with free bus transfer from jaz makadi Oasis.

Hello. We are planning to visiting the park in mars 2023. We are wonder if all the pools are heated?
Can you walk to the water park from jazz aqua viva hotel

Yes it’s connected as both are in the same resort. Just make sure you plan for eating at the hotel not at the park as the food there is so poor, noting that aqua park shuts down the slides for one hour for lunch break. I hope this helps and enjoy your holiday.

How is the water park accessed from the Jaz Makadi Hotel? Is there a passageway with direct access to the waterpark or do you need to exit the hotel and enter through the waterpark frontgate with visitors from other hotels / public?
