We stayed in November 2022 with friends and it was beautifully lit as it was, instead last year same time we found poor lighting. I don't understand: are there days when it is more enlightened than others?

I went to this place to see the dancing fountains a big disappointment
So many lights, so much confusion but nothing worth visiting
If you don't have better things to do no more than an hour you can lose it otherwise you won't miss anything

Lights and colors, shops of all kinds. This is Soho. It's like being in Vegas but without the mess. A ride to do definitely if you go to Sharm obviously at night to enjoy all its charm. Recommended fountain of light every hour

Amazing night life, very busy and no hassle from local shops. For the country this place is a tourist trap. £4 a pint, £10-£15 for a main meal depending where you go. But definitely worth a visit while you are here.
Queen Vic pub was good. £8 for burger and chips, £4 a pint.
Loads going on.
Some street food vendors charging very cheap prices. But most the restaurants are priced like a local UK pub

It's a really cool atmospheric place. If you get to the fountain by 9 p.m., you're in with a very cool European comedian and juggler.

Having booked at the Sierra Resort we had the entrance to Soho Square right at the exit to our Resort.
You will find there many shops with very competitive prices where you can buy everything you want.
You can admire the long street full of illuminations and also the water features made by the central fountain.

Very nice and clean mall repaired for anyone who wants to take souvenirs.. It''s a clean, beautiful, and plain mall with many cafes with very nice dance performances and very caring people. Here are plenty of places to buy clothes and clothes... Highly recommended

Their currency is the Egyptian pound but they'll (quite greedily) accept dollars or euros. Just make sure to haggle, you're bound to get a bigger discount paying with foreign currency. Have a nice holiday

Looking for a nice hotel (all inc) where you don't have to fight for sunbeds around the pool...
that is close to shopping areas so as to walk out of hotel and find something to have a look at. My wife loves having a look at shops etc at night. Always go to Hurghada but decided to have a look at Sharm now. Any info truly grateful as don't want to be in the middle of nowhere stuck in Hotel. Many thanks in advance

I would suggest the Sierra or savoy both in soho square (it’s part of soho) Sierra bar is free in soho where the entertainment is if you are staying there, I would recommend Sierra
