I ❤️ Dumas! Who wouldn’t?!
So this was a family trip. We were here to visit all the way from Ahmedabad.
We liked the beach vibes and wind and place.
The only thing here is that Water is too much far from the reach by humand before that there is a lot of black mud where we can not go pass by.
So you can not wash your legs in sea water.
There are camel safari and horse riding and kids acvities and food vendors available at this beach.
There are huge stones situated there and those stones can be climbed up to see a better view of sea from little up above from the ground level.
Parking space is very good.
P.S. Slippers are mandatory for beach areas in place of shoes! 😉

A nice, short drive away from the main city, Dumas beach and its surrounds constitute a welcome source of relief from the hustle and bustle of the city. Not a typical beach but the ambience is a relaxing one!

Most salient feature about this beach is black sand and a hard sand track to run or jogg across the sea lane.

Beach is better than pre covid days.Clean and well maintained.
You can reach there early in the morning to enjoy the waves. around 9:30 to 10 am the water go farther away so better enjoy the sunrise there.
Good place for a weekend morning.

If your idea is to see dirty shacks on a sticky black mud of a beach with stray dogs to excreta to plastic bottles and unruly locals....go there else avoid it like COVID!

Bhaji's near beach are awesome. It's a go to place whenever you come to surat. You can reach there by brts, 2 wheeler or you can use car too. This is a family+ friends place. Sunset and sunrise are paradise to watch.

It is very nice place . It is very good place for all ages person and there are many more types of water ride and other rides and avtivity is avilable and there panipuri and Coconut water is very sweet. I like this place

It is in urban side so not more facilities there
Do this Dumas beach at surat have public toilet facility for senior citizens and local tourists specially for ladies DO S.M.C HAVE DONE FOR HYGIENE WE NOT WANTED NEAR BY BUT IS IT AVAILABLE AT THE BEACH WERE ALL THE FOOD STALL ARE THERE

No toilet facility for any one no bus no food at the beach, some food stall on road on beach.
Are we allowed to go dumas beach at night time and stay there (in the shore).

no dear its only comes some day most of early morning or in evening but water is to dirty its give you skin problems to and there are another 2 better option for you witch is near by surat 1st is Ubhrat Beach ( located at maroli vilage ) and 2nd Daandi beach ( located at near by navsari )
