Me and my wife found this place and its a very good massge centr i recommand for all those couples who needs a good therapy can visit this spa centr.

The service was pretty terrible. The lady at the reception or whoever picks up the phone doesn’t understand basic English. They don’t ask which kind of massage you want.
The masseuse was just pure random. She’d not do the same thing between the left and right side of the body. She applied insane pressure, I felt my back would break. In spite of telling her to reduce pressure, she didn’t. She didn’t massage my head and face even though I asked for a full body massage. She asked if I wanted hot or cold oil and though I said hot, she put oil that hadn’t yet heated up. Their heating system is a tiny little heater that sits in one corner of the room, I froze!!
I went through 90 minutes of torture!
Wouldn’t recommend!

spectacular place to visit and relax... I had taken an appointment for a 90 mins deep tissue session and it was so good that I dozed of for and the mesuese had to wake me up after the session was over.. then I took steam doe 15 mins which makes u feel completely refreshed and relaxed..
Really likes their rose tea which they serve after the therapy. The place is so neat and clean and very nicely maintained.. the managers and staff are also very humble and good..

I visited sensaura for the first time by recommendation of a friend and i must say they are really amazing with respect to making their clients feel pampered and rejuvenated. Therapy was really good and i really liked that they have option to choose from many oil options... after the therapy they have steam also which is excellent in this winter, the rooms are well heated and products they provide are also really good..
Will for sure come here again..

The best spa to relax and rejuvenate urself. I have been to a lot of spas in gurgaon but this one is the best, hygienic, good choice of products, they really maintain the place very well. Their staff is also very nice. Rooms are well heated and the steam is also excellent..

Excellent service.. Beautiful ambiance and they have really maintained their place in an excellent manner as its been more than a year that this place has opened but 5 stars to their hygiene...
The quality of the products they Use is also branded. My experience at this spa has been very good in every way, the manager at the reception is very humble and their staff is also very good.

Amazing experience!
This place is really nice and luxurious.. I went for a spa with my fiance and we had a very nice relaxing and rejuvenating session. We took a nice 90 min therapy with Jacuzzi and steam, which was so good.
The manager and the staff are very nice and professional.. above all the way these people maintain the place and products they use are very good and hygienic..
We r planning to visit again soon..

Awesome place.. very hygienic and the staff is also professional. I have been searching for such a spa since so long and yes it is actually very luxurious too.

Why can't I write a review?
I was really angry! seriously!
the therapists had no expertise at all
and too rude!
We paid for 90 minutes
but they're suddenly went out after 60 minutes
so we wanted to meet the boss
but he's already gone
also our therapists were changed to clothes and off works before were we go
what the fuxx this situation?
I don't understand why here is ranked high in Gurgaon?
No technique,
No respect for guest,
and cheated on time
I've never seen this terrible place before!
are you happy to make money from cheating?
