We wanted to treat ourselves to some McDonalds and figured that out of the nearest eat-in options, Ambience Mall would be the nicest. After enjoying our fries, we indulged in ice cream from the ground floor and explored the selection of running shoes in different sports stores.
The mall is big and has a good selection of shops, food options and activies like a spa and the cinema. On weekends it can get very crowded. Overall it is very loud. Wouldn’t think of it as ”a thing to do” in Gurgaon, or ”a place to visit” unless you have a specific thing you want to go there for.

Regarding an order I placed a week ago at the West Elm store in Gurgaon from London
I had Shivom (at the store) look after me while ordering from the UK. He was incredibly helpful and genuinely went out of his way to help me make this special purchase for a friend's wedding gift. The extras were writing a message on the card and wrapping the present.
He went above and beyond the service, was respectful, patient, responsive, honest, and kept me informed all along the way. I could not expect a better service.
Service like this makes me want to shop at the store again.

Been here earlier in the year as well, Christmas decor was super, love eating at Haldiram and catch up on a movie.

It has a good number of upscale brands on the ground floor and the PVR directors cut on 4th floor that takes the cake. Some good restaurants for delicious food.

Best mall in Delhi there's showrooms of big brands. Tasty food and wonderful food court. Wide entertainment for kids lots of fun activities. Enjoy your day at this mall

Massive mall near to Gurgaon. Many many international brands under one roof and also many international eateries such as Cinnabon, Nandos. Pizza Express etc… a great way to get out of the hot Delhi heat and enjoy a leisurely stroll. Parking is a little way away but regular shuttle buses help to take you back and forth

Huge mall. Great assortment of brands. The food court was disappointing. Mostly all the popular brands have a restaurant here. Pretty big mall but the toilets are dated. Most of the stores close at 9pm.
