Manali Picnic spot is a unique camping spot with accommodation options including mud huts, luxury tents, tents, cottages and rooms. The premise is accessible only via a cable car and covers a good lush area also covering a small pond.
All the activities mentioned in their website are functioning and quite fun. The food provided is average however the staff is very friendly and they try to meet all your needs.
If visiting in winter, the warmest accommodation is of course the rooms and also the mud hut.
PS: They provide heaters but don't gaurantee sufficient heating, owing to power cuts

Manal is a beautiful hill station in himachal pradesh. I went to manali with my college friends. It was really a fun. First off all the mall road was nearby to the bus stop. And you can find
accomodation and dining facilities nerby. We had no difficulties in finding the hotels .
Location is on a hill top and you can see mountains nearby.
ROHTANG BYPASS is a wonderfull place to visit in manali. Is is closed fpr the most of the season due to heavy snow fall.
the local temple is a must visit. Or you can go for the river rafting. Natural beauty is at best there
IT is connected to kullu by well maintained roads. U can find some dums in holes due to land slide and construction work. U can get busses easily to manali from CHANDIGARH. If you want to hire a cab. That is also available.
it safe in the morning but in the night it gets little riskey for women due to unavailability of police or other staff.

This is a nice place where you can take your family for a day out and for a picnic. But make sure you take all your own arrangements. Otherwise, there are many exploiters who are ready to rip you off. Beware of taunts.

At the mid of January, we family of 4 had visited Himalayan beauty, Shimla,Kullu and Manali via Delhi. We had Jetairways flight from Mumbai to Delhi. It was so enjoyable that while returning we felt it should not end.
Specially,Kids enjoyed lot playing in Snowfall at Sollang valley. Boat rafting in Bias river.During chilly winter weather -2 degree, eating , tasting hot foods in various hotels.Wondering round round to reach top of mountain. White luster of snow fall around the mountains in Himalayan region gave us chance to enjoy nature s beauty. Enjoyed 🔥 firecamp late night in hotel lobby , open space, enjoyed moon light Dinner. These are few unforgettable memories and we wish to go back. Only constraint is Widening of road and construction had made the valley dusty and take hell lot of time to reach destination. Otherwise we enjoyed it. Thanks for reading.Cheers!

Camping should be fun but in manali there are people who are just trying to exploit it in the name of fund. I really advice against believing the guide about camping. Search online and make your own decision

this place is perfect to grab your hampers and your picnic equipment and unwind with friends and family .. it offers good facilities for reverllers and quality family time can be spent .
