I used to visit this place when they were near UB city on Vittal Mallya Road. Later they moved to Garuda Mall and I visited last weekend; it appears that they are closed. The phone number also doesn't work

We frequently visited the Vittal Malya location and although we never went to this location, we recommend this chain. The employees are wonderful and give great massages and facials. We enjoyed many hot oil full body massages and they would accommodate our requests for our favorite masseuses. We also enjoyed the back massage where you sat on the massage chair, and I loved the pumpkin pomegranate facial. As a US expat living in India, the prices were very affordable and the location was convenient. They even offered a package where you save money when you buy more. We would recommend to anyone!

Kenko's Spa on Vittal Mallya Road never disappoints. Their reflexology exerts have magic hands that release stiff muscles. When I finish a 30 minute session, I can barely walk out for tea. Bliss!

Me and my husband have been visiting Kenko at vital mallya road for couple of years now. The best thing about this place is the Service. There is pin drop silence at this place just to ensure that customers can be relaxed throughout the massage. The massage is given at the pressure you feel comfortable with. It just couldn't be better. I recommend this place to all. I have visited a lot of spas in Bangalore and feel this one is the best in terms of value for money and service.

I used to visit the spa at Garuda Mall very regularly a couple of years ago and loved it. Fish spa for the feet was a regular routine and I loved their foot, shoulder, and body massages and didn't think massage could get any better than that.
I haven't visited them in the last 2 years, and yesterday I dropped in to the spa at Phoenix Market City Mall. I opted for a head acupressure therapy, something I admit I haven't tried with them before. The massage itself was ok; the masseur often placed one hand with uncomfortable pressure on sensitive parts of the head as she used the other to massage. The chair was very uncomfortable, and my friend felt the same.
Even more disappointing was the ambience. We stepped in to find an emergency light illuminating the place.
So to be fair, I haven't tried the fish spa or their foot massage here, two things I know they are good at. But given this experience, I'm not sure I would want to go back to find out.

Kenko spa have two branches in Bangalore, one on The fifth floor of Garuda Mall and the other in Vittal Mallya Road. I prefer the latter which is more spacious and easily accessible with car parking. The foot reflexology is very well done and for anyone who has walked a lot or has played a round of Golf, this is the ideal place to go to. The ambience, music, decor and lighting are perfect for an extremely relaxing experience. The therapists are very well trained and for me this is the best massage spa in Bangalore. The spa offers discounts on yearly memberships and I would highly recommend this spa to people who like massages and reflexology.

I have been there couple of times but never got the chance to write down a review.
I enjoyed every minute here. The treatment started at the precise scheduled time. A lady took care of washing the legs and cleaning them with astringent/alcohol I think, before entering the fish tank. Slippers are provided at the spa. If you have done it you know hoe it feels, if you are thinking - just go for it. Its slight tickling that's all. The fishes in the tank are called Doctors fish in common conversation as they eat away your dead cells, u that you can actually feel the difference between the area treated and the one above it (the skin being much smoother where fish had their meal : )
Once I clubbed the fish spa with reflexology which was equally relaxing.
