It was a great experience . The trip was enjoyed by us without any headache. Santosh (cab person) was with us for the entire trip and he was also very easy to reach whenever we needed. The agency kept contact with us and also changed our bookings instantly after we requested a change, just within hours. Special thanks to Rejitha Raj for that. I highly recommend Indus traveller for arranging trips with your family and loved ones.

This is the first time I booked my trip with indus traveller, and they definately did not disappoint us.
Me and my mom visited Kerela in the last week of February. It was a 10 days long trip. Safety was a major concern for us considering that we both were lady traveller.
Trip was awesome blossom. We enjoyed a lot, whole trip was safe and hassle free and all credit for this goes to Rejitha Deepu. Complete arrangement was done so accurately. All the hotels were best except poovar in trivandrum and Sparsa in kanyakumari. Rooms including bathroom s were not clean. Food at hotels was also delicious. Whole trip was so comfortable. Driver Mr. Vineeth was very helpful. It was such a memorable journey for us. Definitely gonna contact you guys for all my future trips. Also would definitely recommend our friends and family to book Kerela trip from you guys.. thanks a lot.

Everything went well as planned. Since I told the tour agent that I love shopping, she put me and my friends at The Dunes whereby all shopping complexes are nearby.

We wanted a getaway /honeymoon after getting married during Covid and decided to go to Kerala to also escape the Delhi winter. Rejitha (from IndusTraveller) was very helpful from the planning stages of the trip from understanding our hotel preferences and the kind of experiences we were looking to have. We wanted to stay in hotels with good locations and great service and they delivered on that in all 3 locations of our stay in Munnar, Thekaddy and Kovalam. Minor issues with driver communications and backwater boating were promptly addressed by Rejitha on the go and we really appreciated it. We want to thank Rejitha and Industraveller for helping us have such a memorable Kerala experience.

Trip was well organized! The Parakkat resort in Munnar was very good with a room that has the best view! Driver also had lot of experience around that location who took us to key places which were mesmerizing like water falls, spice garden, elephant rides. The boat house was also very good and the food on boat house was the best. I would recommend Indus Travels to people planning on Kerala trip for the best experience! You have to make sure you let them know your preferences on the stay, food and places to visit very clearly and they will suggest and arrange accordingly!

I was planning Kerala Trip covering Munnar, Thekkady and Allepey since long. For this I searched many sites, viz Make My Trip, Yatra, Thomas Cook and SOTC etc. There were number of packages available with the option of customization. I even discussed with their representatives. It was then when I come across Indus Travellers. I found they were offering more services and sightseeing points then the others. Their sales representative Ms Vaishali was also very humble, soft spoken, patient and considerate. She assisted in finalizing my tour which included the hotels, rooms, destinations, vehicle and meal plan to my satisfaction. Although Vaishali left and then Ms Rejitha Raj joined in her place. She was also equally friendly and supportive. I being from North India was very apprehensive of my allotted driver, for which I made special request to provide me any driver who understand basic Hindi and at least English in particular, because it was essential for communication. I was really thankful to Rejitha who deputed Mr. Prashant as my driver who was very well versed with Hindi and being local guy he was well versed with the area as well. Vehicle allotted was Toyota’s Etios and in very good condition. Prashant took special care of the vehicle and keep it tip-top. His driving was so moderate that one could fully concentrate on the scenic beauty rather than on road, had his driving been rash. Although he slept in Car only but Prashant was always attentive and ready to move as per itinerary. He acted as a perfect guide. We left our shopping and selection of restaurants on him only, which he humbly suggested and later we found all of them to be excellent and reasonable. The hotel selection was also marvelous. The payment charged by Indus Travellers was quite reasonable and cheaper than other counterparts like MMT and SOTC. We visited for 9 days from 17th Dec to 25th Dec along with family and had an awesome experience. I highly recommend Indus Traveller to get their services for planning there holidays of South India.

Indus Traveller. One of the best trip planners.
Thanks to Rejitha (trip planner), Renjan (transport manager) and Syam (cab driver) for making our trip wonderful.
Rejitha was very active in responding to all our queries regarding the stay, even in the wee hours. All the resorts recommended by her were truly class apart. We managed to finalize the complete itinerary of 6 nights and 7 days in just a few hours.
Thanks a ton Indus and the team for making our Kerala experience memorable. I would strongly recommend everyone to choose Indus over other travel agencies for a hassle-free and smooth experience.

We booked a 5 nights 6 days Kerala tour package for a family of 5. Our trip is spoilt because of an arrogant driver, bad coordination between the driver and the trip planner, bad coordination between the trip planner and the resort facility teams.
The driver never followed the itenary and only took us to places which I think is run by his friends. He stopped the car and started fighting with us when we confronted him on this. We could not even have local Kerala cuisine because he only took us to Punjabi restaurants of his choice. Imagine this, I along with my parents and an 8 year old kid were left in the rain for almost 2 hours at Padmanabhaswami temple because the driver dropped us early there and decided not to respond to our calls. This is a horrible experience that I want no family should face.
The boat that was arranged for us is Kumarakom is way below average. It is dirty, old and tattered but the driver of the boat made the experience memorable by patiently explaining us about back waters.
The trip planner is not aware of the activities offered by the resort in Poovar which we thought he should have known beforehand. We also thought that a lot is left in the hands of the driver and the trip itenary and plan was not shared with him. We saw lack of professionalism and coordination there.
Except for Poovar beach island resort, rest of the resorts arranged by the trip planner were very good.
Overall we had a horrible experience with an indifferent driver arranged by the company and lack of coordination.

There are a lot of places to visit around Bangalore but since you are planning for a 1-night stay I would prefer Sakaleshpur, but the distance is more than 200 Kms and you can reach by around 4 Hrs
