This Hebbal is on the way to my office and every day I witness the beauty of the lake with different birds coming there and it’s a best place to relax yourself.

Hebbal Lake is right next to the always busy Hebbal flyover and cannot be missed by anyone coming to the city of Bangalore from the airport. This lake is a big one, which has been beautified by the BBMP with an artificial island in the middle. The lake also hosts many birds.
There is a park next to the lake, which one can enter for a small entrance charge. To get here, one needs to take a U-turn from 1-2 kilometers further ahead, if coming via the Outer Ring Road. The park can do with better maintenance as the walking paths were not well-formed and the slides and swings looked old. The place is peaceful and is preferred by young couples.

Recently been here... it’s very good clean and neatly maintained..doesn’t seem to be interesting from outside as it’s on the Outer Ring Road but inside the park / lake v beautiful

If you happen to see Hebbal lake from a farther distance, you will notice a middle island like structure richly habituated by Cormorants, even some pelicans. One side is accessible by a public park which is good only for lovebirds!!! Entry fee is 20 rupee, no boating facility. Next this park you can find Nursery of Forest department .

I recently visited this place with my cousin. It is located little far away from the city.The lake is a hidden gem with lush greenery all around.One can take a boat ride here. The entrance fee is nominal and food is available nearby for purchase.

This is easily noticeable from the Hebbal junction. The place looks good in the early morning and less polluted for an early morning walk. Need to be maintained well.

This is located near ring road Hebbal Flyover. Usually crowded here due to central point. The park needs maintanence. Too much traffic.
