We were told we’re visiting a ‘spice plantation’ and we arrived at a shop with a back garden containing some plants and trees. You have to pay 100 rupees per person to enter and then all the guide does is make up the health benefits of each spice/plant and what she has in the shop to cure this. She made some very bold claims and even went as far as to say come off your usual prescribed medication when taking their products.
The shop staff gather round you and try to sell you everything under the sun and in the end we took 3 items just to shut them up. The staff turned from smiley to angry in a matter of time.
We found it uncomfortable and told our driver we didn’t like this sort of place.

Wonderful knowledgeable staff . Got to see so many Ayurvedic plants, trees and spice bushes and trees. Fascinating information by happy courteous staff. Very helpful in teaching us the Ayurvedic herbs applications as well. Would recommend a visit .. for learning, natural beauty and purchase of herbs, spices.

This was amazingly interesting. Anita guided us through a garden and pointed out at least 20 plants - tasting and smelling them. Some we knew - like pepper and nutmeg. Most were new to us. She explained all the medicinal ayurveda properties. Highly recommend this.

The tour of the display garden, which is separate from the productive plantations and is tailor-made for giving visitors a complete overview of the products, is fragrant, interesting, and informative. The guide is extremely knowledgeable, and the length of the tour really comes down to your personal level of interest and the questions you raise as you stroll the cool paths and look at the trees, flowers, and fruits. The roadside shop is orderly and extremely-well stocked. Prices there are higher than in the markets of the city center, but the products are top-quality only.

It's a big scam all the herbal products are sold at 50% discount in online. the entire spice garden tour is to brain wash you to sell their products. My family spent 20k+ after using all the product not even one product looks promising. Better to avoid spice garden tour to avoid the trap.

Very bad experience, because I ordered an item online on 15-03-2022 and the item has not been received yet and a lot of emails have been sent and no reply has been given.
