I did a 15 days massage course at Adrika and I truly enjoyed my experience! The doctor and her therapist team are amazing and friendly people who made me feel like home. The knowledge of Ayurveda, infos about panchakarma and the massage steps I got from spending time there give me confidence to start practising massage in my daily life. Thanks for everything!

studio medicina ayurvedica e Conosco la dottoressa da due anni , ho deciso di frequentare il corso da lei perché le do fiducia.. mi spiace solo di non aver trovato la mia maestra dell'anno precedente .. non lavora più lì ma comunque la dottoressa mi ha assegnato un'insegnante molto brava che mi ha insegnato delle terapie Veramente importanti ... Grazie mille ADRIKA AYURVEDA

Great ayurvedic clinic with the kindest and the most trusted doctor and staff... Everyone treated me very warm and kind during my panchkarma treatment and i left feeling comepletly rejuvinated. After the treatment i am staying in touch with the doctor to compelelty get rid of all my problems and live pain free.

Took a week ayurveda treatment with Dr Greeshma and her team. Really worth it. Felt so good afterwards. All tensions gone, sleep improved.

Dr Greeshma helped make this trip the best ever.
Loved every second.
Dr Greeshma is so efficient and above all caring. I put total trust in her and it paid of.
Haven’t felt this good in a long time. So worth it.

Came to Varkala sick. Very sick.
At my second day i met Dr.Greeshma and her team.
The proffesionality the took care of me was amazing.
My head ache was gone in a split of head massage woth some medision in. My cough was much betterand much easier and lighter. I could talk and smile to people and continue enjoy my holiday.
After, just to give a better relax staet for my Varkala's holiday, i took massage to have a refresh my body and to compleat the treatment.
The are ayurvedic angels for me.
Thank you Dr. Greeshma and your wonderful team.
