It was our ( me and my husband) first ever Ayurveda massage and we really enjoyed it. The old couple was friendly and tried every possible way to make us feel like home. Uncle wasn't well so we couldn't interact much with him but we would definitely visit their home in Kerala as they are closing their centre in Khajuraho and moving back to their hometown soon.

I have to say I had a great full body massage with nice smelling oil, lasting one hour. I felt very relaxed then and next day(s) also :)
The price was 1800 Rs, well worth for the experience..
After the massage we have a nice and open talk with the owner about life in Khajuraho, concurrence of other massage centres and fairness in Indian business. That after he moved to different address (see the map in photos where I was), a new salon opened on the old place (see on the Tripadvisor map and LP map too) with almost similar name.
I didn't checked the old place, so I cannot say what kind of business is there with what level of service, but I know, that my experience in this new place was good and I left with positive feelings.
So the choice - where to go for the ayurvedic massage - is yours.

The couple from Kerala who run this center are so lovely and welcoming! I had my first Ayurvedic massage here which was a delightful way to unwind and relax after long travels in India. Having tea and talking with them was one of the highlights of my trip. Highly recommend!

Persone molto gentili ci hanno accolto e offerto del the .
Abbiamo fatto un massaggio molto rilassante ma allo stesso momento energetico.

Siamo arrivati e si sono dimostrati subito super gentili e riconoscenti, ci hanno anche offerto un chai.
Il massaggio è stato molto rilassante e loro professionali, rispettando la durata prevista. È stato bello chiacchierare con loro e, alla fine, ci hanno anche riaccompagnati a casa in macchina vista la pioggia.
Ci torneremmo sicuramente

There is not even a proper road to the property. It is not a spa, its someone's house. Had to walk away from entry gate since I found it unsafe to visit.

Mon mari et moi avons été très bien accueilli à Ayur Arogyam. Les gérants sont extrêmement gentil, ils ont pris le temps de nous accueillir, nous ont offert le chaï et ont répondu à toutes les questions que nous avions sur l'Ayurveda. Nous nous sommes fait massé chacun 1h30, mon mari avait un masseur homme et moi une femme et ils étaient tous les deux très compétents. Le massage était agréable et très relaxant. Nous avons aussi pu avoir une leçon particulière de yoga, ce qui était très instructif et complémentaire au massage. Le prix peut sembler élever en comparaison des prix pratiqués dans les hôtels alentours, toutefois les gérants sont très qualifiés en ayurveda (qui est une médecine traditionnelle à part entière) et il ne faut donc pas négliger cet aspect là. Étant moi même physiothérapeute, je recommande vivement ce centre à toute personne souhaitant expérimenter de vrais soins ayurvédiques.

We had gone to ayur arogyam after seeing a pamphlet at the hotel. However, we were completely disappointed with the experience & would not recommend it to anyone.

Ayur Arogyam is a literal waste of money as the team there does know very little about Ayurveda. The massage was terrible & I felt cheated after the massage was done.

The place is close to hotel Radisson and messages is being offered by an Ayurvedic doctor. He claims he can he cure diseases, though prices are on the higher side. I will recommend a pass unless someone is really interested.
