Went to JIVA Spa while staying at Savoy, Ooty. After checking their services, opted for Tulsi facial. The staff at the Spa were courteous and professional. Imli, at the reception desk explained the various options available and was helpful with the appointment.
The facial itself took around an hour and it was the most wonderful facial I had in a long time!! Was told the ingredients used are natural with no side effects. Chongti, the therapist, who did the facial has magical hands! Felt like a new person after the facial- besides the procedures followed during the facial, it also included a face, neck and shoulder massage which left me refreshed and rejuvenated. Extremely skillful and gifted, the therapist did an excellent job and recommend her for a soothing and uplifting experience.
Was also served herbal tea after the facial (an infusion of honey, ginger and lemon) that refreshes you instantly. The Spa services are available for outsiders as well (other than Hotel guests).
