Last week my father and I toured Agra
We we're blessed to have probably one of the best guides I've ever met
Guatam Singh Partap
From the moment we encounted Guatam he accommodated us as if we were his relatives and made us feel most welcomed
Guatam's knowledge in the history of the India in general and Agra in particular was phenomenal in any field as well as the ability to make it become alive he is a great fascinating story teller with an ability of bringing a world of idiom and associations to the world we that we live in .
Taj Mahal was something we yearned to see for years and enjoying the site is also being given into the hands of your guide
Guatam empowered the visit a million times more than what I've wished for with an ability of to combine the culture architecture history religions and lots of humor into the visit and simply made it unforgettable
Words would not be enough to that him
I would recommend anyone who comes to Agra to have him
Thank you Gautam for an amazing unforgettable visit I know I'll be back!

The tour started out great, We were met by Sohail. He was so well spoken in English and so knowledgeable about the City of Agra. You could tell he loves sharing his knowledge of Agra. The tour starts out near the Agra Fort, then winds it’s way through the narrow streets and alleys of Old Agra, in the spice market pointed out all the different eras of architecture as we walked through the streets you like to interact with the locals and have an authentic experience from a knowledgeable and passionate person, ending up at a very quiet and calm place to see Taj Mahal fron the opposite side we tasted lots of really cool local stuff like pumpkin sweet pan and few other interesting food, you will enjoy this tour. Questions are encouraged and the tour is delivered from the heart
Sohail was more than happy answering any and all questions we had. It was an enjoyable 2-3 hour tour.
Thank you so very much!!!! We will recommend this tour to family and friends.

We made a wonderful walk night tour on Old Agra and New Agra tasting a lot of Agra food specialties.. Our guide Sohail was really passionate and prepared.. A perfect guide for a perfect tour

We spent two days with Gautam Pratap while we were in Agra, visiting Fatehpur Sikri, Agra Fort and sunrise at the Taj Mahal.
Gautam was our favourite guide of our whole trip. His English is great, he is warm and personable, he had no issue with us being a same sex couple. He took the time to get to know us and tailor the experience to our interests. His knowledge seemed endless and his tidbits were wonderful. He knew the perfect places to take us for photos and he captured some incredible ones of us for our memories.
He went over and above to help us, including going with us to the Sheroes Cafe because we wanted to support the business. He helped us barter and weed our way through tourist traps. At no point did we feel unsafe, or like we were a burden on his day and he found it hilarious that we had given him a nickname before meeting him (Gautam = Gotham... so naturally we called him Batman!)
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services, and we are now comparing all tour guides to him.

We spent an evening exploring the marketplaces of Agra, where we were able to get a sense of the ‘real’ India including tasting some of the local dishes (we were a bit nervous about this after hearing all the horror stories, but had no problems and they were all delicious!)
We loved being immersed in the market and hearing all of the history and local tidbits. At no point did we feel unsafe or unwelcome and the only reason the evening ended when it did was because we couldn’t fit anymore food in!
Jitu was wonderful, his English is great, he is warm and personable - we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services!

Really enjoy the traffic jams scene, different shop streets, building history, the shop that make real money into necklace, and most importantly the best mutton chicken that the texture is soft as fish!!

We had such a fun experience with the extremely talented choreographer Akash during our Bollywood Dance class! He created something specifically for us and was able to balance the varying skill levels of my boyfriend and I- haha! ;) We were offered snacks and beverages from the kind and hospitable hosts, who cheered us on like family members. :) The coordinator Syed, was intelligent and friendly, and took care of our rides to and from our hotel so we didn't have to worry about a thing. My only constructive criticism would be for more communicative coordination with customers prior to the class (which perhaps a fuller explanation on this site can help with), and to secure a location that is a more proper dance room atmosphere. But DEFINITELY give this class a go! It was like a Private VIP coaching dance session with a truly talented professional! Many thanks and Namaste:)

We had an amazing lady guide called Bindu who showed us sights, smells and tastes we would never have experienced by ourselves in Agra. Thank you so much for showing us around and being so lovely! We highly recommend this trip to anyone that is a foodie like ourselves !

A fun filled tour of the market with the fantastic Ashish Kumar. He guided us gracefully through the market, stopping off for a delicious thali, making sure we got seconds! As we got further in to the market we tried even more tasty food, stopped off to look at the spices, tea & pickle stalls. Smelling & sampling as we went.
The tour ended with a stunning view of the back of the Taj in a peaceful garden.
This tour went above & beyond what we expected, all helped by Ashish who was knowledgeable, super friendly & a brilliant photographer. Thank you Ashish for introducing us to Agra & capturing some great photos of us enjoying your tour, Anneke & Steve.
