Had incredible time celebrating my "0" birthday on the Haruka cruiser with 13 of my besties,from start to finish was sensational.
The crew were amazing &very obliging,the boat was spacious, plenty of room for relaxing, singing & dancing.
The chef & crew served up top quality lunch,some of the best food I've had on this trip.
If you are looking for that special celebration I recommend this charter company,we even saw dolphins swimming beside the cruiser,then went snorkeling & tubing.
Definitely a birthday I'll never forget.

We had an incredible time on Burjuman, all the staff were excellent! Went above and beyond and the food was fantastic. We had an incredible time truly.

I had an amazing time on the Haruku! The food was excellent, with a great variety and quality that exceeded my expectations. The service was outstanding, and the facilities on the boat were top-notch, making the whole trip very comfortable. The crew was friendly and attentive, always ready to help and ensure we were having a great experience. Special mention to the photographer, who was not only highly skilled but also incredibly professional and dedicated. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a fantastic day out at sea!

We had a full day out on Rhino. Had a terrific day of swimming with manta rays and turtles. Terrific crew. Would recommend.

Palau private charters were amazing from the initial booking through to the arrival and then the day itself. it was smooth and Amelia and the whole of the Haruku staff made our time on the boat a memorable one. We will be back for sure.

From pick up to drop off the staff was personable, fun,engaging,knowledgeable, and most of all safe. They helped and guided us along to the process of our 8 hours on the water. The preparation of snacks was tasty, and the restaurants food on the island was delicious! Again, thank you for making the adjustment.

Although expensive, would definitely recommend. We had a fantastic day celebrating a birthday with family on Haruku. The boat and crew were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. The snorkelling was excellent and the water sports were perfect. Lunch was really delicious - Mahi Mahi, chicken sate, prawns, salad, rice all excellent. It was a perfect day. We weren’t able to see the Manta Rays because the sea was too choppy, but that didn’t spoil the day - thank you to Amelia and everyone at Palau.

Me and my friends just having a great boat day! We visit Manta Bay to swim with mantas, snorkeling in Crystal Bay, and Wall Bay to see all the beautiful corrals of Penida's water nature!
The crews are super helpful, they know every best spot in Penida and Lembongan.
Their snorkeling gears are complete with all sizes so we are not worried not to get the equipment for water activity.
They were accommodating and always taking care of us!
Thank you SUKU and Pulau Private Charters for making our trip sooooo great!

THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS!! I paid an extortionate amount of money for an unsafe, horrible experience.
We have sought resolution through them and have received NOTHING back.
They had no idea where things were on the boat, their equipment broke and they were never safe.
Please, please - save your time and money and go with anyone other than these scammers

Safety and Equipment Concerns:
We understand your concerns about the lack of life jackets and faulty snorkeling equipment. Our crew mentioned that life jackets were offered but were declined. However, we acknowledge that it is our responsibility to ensure all guests feel comfortable and secure at all times. We will reinforce our procedures to ensure that life jackets are not only offered but actively encouraged, especially in choppy waters. We will also conduct more frequent checks and maintenance of our snorkeling gear to prevent any equipment failures.
Guidance and Supervision:
We are deeply concerned to hear that you felt the guide was not attentive, particularly regarding your son's safety. Safety and attentive service are paramount to us. We will be addressing this issue directly with the guide involved and implementing more rigorous training to ensure that our staff provides the necessary support and attention to all guests, regardless of their swimming abilities.
Luxury Expectations:
While you book our standard fast boat, we understand that your expectation was for a luxurious experience, as reflected in the premium service our company prides itself on. We are truly sorry that this discrepancy in expectation versus reality affected your trip. We will be reviewing our communication with booking agents to ensure that the level of service and type of boat are clearly communicated to avoid such misunderstandings in the future.
Given the unfortunate circumstances surrounding your trip, particularly the emotional significance of scattering your son's ashes, we understand how crucial it was for everything to go smoothly. It is disheartening to know we did not provide the comfort and support you needed during this time.
Once again, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience and distress caused. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our services, and we are committed to ensuring that such incidents do not occur in the future.

Group of family and friends travelling to Bali in early July for my wife’s 50th birthday and looking to book a day trip including snorkelling, and perhaps other water activities including lunch and perhaps drinks.

Hi me and my wife will be celebrating our wedding in Bali and are planning on going out to sea to try snorkelling and further activities we will be arriving on the 10th of July 2017 I have a few questions are life jackets provided as my wife is not a strong swimmer also is it safe to snorkel/scuba for someone who is not a great swimmer? How long will be out in the water for?
