I was recommended by a friend to Agus and I would definitely recommend him to anyone! He felt more like a friend towards the end of my trip.
We decided to hire him as our guide and driver throughout our four days in Bali. His rates are very reasonable as well! He brought us around Bali - to Lovina, Seminyak and also Ubud. I had a list of places to see and left it to Agus to plan and arrange my days to his/our convenience. However, we did not get to see all the places - probably because it's too far out of the way or perhaps our time in Bali was too short.
As a person, Agus is polite, soft spoken, punctual and knowledgeable. Not only that, he is also very funny and will be able to share a lot of local knowledge with you. This made our trips all the more interesting! Agus is also caring because on our last day, my boyfriend sprained his ankle badly, so we requested for his help with our luggage during our checkout (our accommodation was off the main road, on a narrow trail for 200-300 metres). He was very willing and understanding to help, and even after I got back to Malaysia, he messaged me to ask me how my boyfriend is doing.
He would also guide us to cheaper places to buy souvenirs or paintings and will warn us where is expensive and that we should bargain.
Thank you for everything, Agus! Hope we get to see each other again.

I booked the tour with Abang Agus thru my friend recommendation.
He is a polite, friendly and humble man with easy communication in English and Malay.
On the trip, he will tell us history of bali and he will suggest you some additional place visit, local food, souvenir if you interested.
Overall, he is a good driver that will make us find him again in future if we go to bali again!

Abang Agus is one of the best tour guide I had encounter having met several other tour guides during my previous trip to Bali. He is polite, humble and his punctuality is impeccable. He is also very experience and there are no barriers in communication since he could speak fluent simple English as well as the Malay language. His charges are very reasonable and he is indeed also an honest man. He would inform us beforehand where we could get cheaper souvenirs, good local food and where to avoid places with exhorbitant charges on tourists.
Throughout our journey he would enlighten us with the Balinese culture & tradition. On top of that he is very knowledgeable and keeps himself abreast with news and current world affairs.
He had no problem with our itinerary and along the way he would suggest and/or take us to more places in which we may have missed out.
We are absolutely pleased with his service and would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a tour guide in Bali.

This was my 2nd trip to bali, in my case i thought he was very professional, in terms of communication we had no problem, his punctuality is fantastic, his guidance on attractions were good. His flexibility to suit your request is an added advantage as well.

I booked my tour with him three months ago before our arrival to Bali. He met us upon arrival at Bali airport, he was a nice and friendly guy when we first met. However, after the transfer from airport to Ubud, he assigned another driver for our remaining days of tour. His reason of unable to be our driver was that he has something to deal with his child at school. However, I saw his FB leaving messages that he was actually transferring other guests to luxury resort and also transferring guests for luxury dinner. He also changed our itinerary on last minute basis as to suit the convenience of his driver to cover those places of interest suggested by us. I don't mind any changes in our itinerary if this was discuss way back before our trip, but definitely it was really annoying if the changes are done on last minute basis. The driver only provide point to point service, with very minimum information about the places of interest, and just left us at the main entrance without any guide around the site. When we had spare time during the tour, I did suggest to visit a nearby attraction, but he refused. We did suggest not to go expensive restaurant, but yet he still drove us to have an expensive one for lunch. Thus, we decided to end each tours early by sending us back to hotel directly and we then find our dinner on our own. We also had a bad experience that the driver turn up late to pick us up for tour as he said the traffic was terribly jam. Thus, unfortunately we missed one places of interest and one Kecak dance show which was really disappointed. I personally feel that it is really not worth to pay the money for such services.

Our Bali trip was on end of March 2015. It was a 6D5N trip. Abang Agus is our full time tour guide & driver. He is very friendly, helpful, patient, and punctual. He speaks good English and no problem to communicate in Malay language too. He travelled us with a brand new luxurious Avanza in clean and tidy condition, very comfortable. Along the journey he explained the culture and history of Bali. We enjoyed our trip with the service from Abang Agus. Definitely will look for him again for future Bali trip. Thumbs up with a big LIKE!

I went to Bali Dec 2014.
Me and my family really satisfied with Mr Agus tour service,
Mr Agus sharing Bali story and local food with us and giving us nice and sweet memories of Bali!! Siobak rice and Es jeruk must try in Bali.
Will find him again if i go Bali next time ^^

He is a friendly and nice tour guide. My husband was second time travelling to Bali whereas this is my first time travelling to Bali. Agus was recommended by my best friend, Adelyn.
During the trip, he was trying his best to explain Bali's tradisional culture and stories to us. Well, I love to listen local story especially KaBongIwa, a giant kind baby in Bali.If you really want to hear about it. Please refer to this tour guide, Agus. I guess he must be a good story teller.
When we arrive to Jimbaran Bay, he told that we were in Honeymoon, so that we got a nice place at the beach side for sunset. He will try to get a lot of advantages to tourists even recommend us to get cheaper price in shopping.
Thanks a lot for being our tour guide.

I had travel to Bali on 18 - 20/05/15, and my colleague recommended me - Mr Agus (Bagus Bali) as our tour guide because they enjoyed his services during last trip.
Yes, very good service provided, provide us a detail itinerary, bring us to eat delicious Bali food, and most important is - VERY ACCEPTABLE CHARGES!!!
