11.03.2020 12:59 bought rip curl t-shirt along with earrings. When came out from the shop suddenly realized it’s wrong one. Returned to the shop in 1 minute.
The personnel told me that i am not allowed to exchange it. I asked few times, described the situation, she didn’t listen.
Called to the customer service, they had long conversation. First personnel tried to do something hitting keyboard with her fingers, but then she called manager to tell me the same “we can’t do anything”.
They don’t say anything when you buy clothes, they print “NO REFUND” on the bill and then put it your face when something happens.
Left this t-shirt i didn’t need as a present to damn “helpfull” staff. Hope you will resell it.

It is called a factory outlet. I did not think much of the prices or the selection.

Some of these outlet stores weren’t really outlets so selling prices were normal RRP. Only a few along this stretch is good but with limited sizes so might not be what you expect. There were 5 of us but only 2 bought some items ... the boys were expecting to buy surf shorts at cheap prices but left disappointed as Hurley Phantoms were around US$60 which isn’t quite a steal

We spent an hour sifting through sizes and went to pay. The lady tried to tell us one shirt was priced wrong and wanted to charge more. The buy one get one free thongs didn’t exist, so we were told when we got to the counter. Then the girl ‘lost’ the kids rash shirt ticket, we waited 20 min for them to ‘find’ a price. The original tag was around $25-$30 AUD she tried to charge us $60AUD saying there was no special. I told her not to bother. If we hadn’t spent so much time selecting clothes for the family, I would’ve walked out and not bought anything.

Just outside Kuta are four or so outlet surf shops. All the major brands are here. I’m not sure why so many negative reviews for this strip. Agree the range isn’t stellar, and the prices are probably on par with outlet shopping at home (Australia), however to kill a couple of hours it’s not bad. You’re probably not going to come home with suitcases full of new clothing, however you’re unlikely to leave empty handed either.
Bali Galleria (fancy stuff) is also just across the road. We managed to run the gauntlet once in trying to cross the road, before getting a taxi to drive us round the block instead (couple of bucks and a lot less stress).

Place is easy to find, a few floors of surf gear, but the prices are similar to other places around Bali.

We did a factory outlet shopping afternoon a couple of weeks ago. We always do this while in Bali, but this time we found very little at reasonable prices. Everything was quite expensive.
I wonder if others have found the same as many of the outlets were a lot quieter than in the past. Some prices were similar to NZ prices, in act we have found far better prices in the outlet shops in Australia.
Some places appeared to have dated stock and limited sizing. The World Brands outlet shop did have a really good range of shoes at reasonable prices tho. And as you went up a floor items seems to be cheaper on each floor. Reasonable range of womens, and mens clothes, but again some dated stock.
Not sure we would bother with doing it again.

Found a swimsuit on sale. Nice selection. Nice staff and clean store. Better than shopping Kuta Square.
