Decent gym! Plenty of equipment well ventilated and friendly staff - Gita is lovely and helpful. They have cold drinks, snacks and bananas. Good size bag and parking. Happy hour 12-4 makes the day passes 60k which is reasonable. Recommend this gym 👍🏽

Awesome local gym and great value for money ($85k Rp.).
Small but packed with plenty of good working equipment.
Great mix of people from basic through to professional bodybuilders.
Highly recommend if your in the area.

I have used this gym for 10 years since 2013. I heard some people complain about the owner Pak Nara but I didn't get bothered because I had no problem with him. He is a person who never smiles with a grumpy face and he will never say hello to you.
Then the problem came when I ran so fast at 18km per hour on a treadmill. He was unhappy with it and told me to not make a sound when I ran on the treadmill because the treadmill can get broken faster. I told him that I can't do that because I ran normally and in fact, there were rarely other people who can run at 18km per hour on the treadmill.
The gym was closed during the hard pandemic days and then reopened again. I rejoined the gym until the beginning of 2021, then I stayed in Jakarta, then come back to Bali in December 2021. Then, I stayed in Jakarta again from January to the end of March 2022. I rejoined the gym again on April 4th, 2022. Then finally, the bad moment happened on April 7th, 2022. Hammerhead Fitness receptionist told me that I haven't paid for the membership.
Even though I have proof on my membership card that I have paid (which is a stamp and a handwritten one by them), they insist that I haven't paid because they said it is not on their system. They told me to meet the person who was in charge when I paid Komang (which is the owner's wife if I'm not mistaken) on April 17th in the afternoon - night time. Then the worse thing happened. She didn't remember that she met me and told everybody that I haven't paid. I told them (the owner and wife) there must be a way to prove that I have paid, like CCTV. However, their CCTV can't show what happens in the days for more than a week before.
The worst about the owner is that he said You wanna fight? You wanna fight? Then, he left the receptionist/cashier area and told everyone at the gym that I haven't paid. And he tried to get his staff who has a big muscular body to fight me. He told him, that I created a problem and wanna fight him. This big muscular man came to me and luckily that he is my close friend for a long time. So we talked and then he offered to solve the problem by cutting his salary for me. I didn't want something like that, so I left the gym to cool down the situation.
Today April 16th, 2022 in the morning, I told my friend that it is not a problem for me to pay again for the gym membership. However, my friend told me that I got blacklisted so I can't come to the gym anymore. I told him I'm okay with it and I told him the actual problem between me and the gym owner.
If he try to make someone fight me, the police, the jail, the deportation are welcome for him.

The gym itself is great, no issues there. Most of the staff is very pleasant. Although the management is terrible.
I was never informed from when I signed up that the start date is ALWAYS on the date you signed up. Example, signing up on the 1st of Jan, you membership will start again 1st of Feb.
If I would have been informed of this when I got my membership, no worries. Although each month that rolled around I signed up again for a month membership, on a different date, later than the 1st. Unknowing to me, I was losing many days of the months I had paid for.
I explained this to the manager, and thought it was fair they grant me the four days I lost on that particular month. I had lost weeks of membership time I had paid for, and yes it was partially my fault for not paying more attention to my sign up date (Although NEVER have I heard such a strange rule at gym)
It should be brought to the customers attention when signing up. I was unlucky and had a very unfriendly member of staff sign me up my first month.
The Manager told me it was my fault and I would NOT be granted the four days I asked for. She was not friendly or understanding.
Little did she realize, if she would have granted me that four days, I would have continued at their gym. But I decided to take my business to another gym.
Let this be a lesson to the manager. Maybe she should take some classes on business management.

I tried different gyms in bali and for me this one is the best.
- Staff and members are really friendly and helpful
- Equipment is varied so can be used by beginners and confirmed (cardio, free weights, kettle bell, boxing bag etc.)
- Price affordable
I love the vibe of this gym

This is a great gym with a wide variety of equipment for all your fitness needs. They keep an abundance of sanitizing sprays and napkins around to upkeep good hygienic standards. This gym is also located at a convenient destination spot for most travelers. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to start or maintain a fitness lifestyle.

Wonderful Gym with good customer service. Good equipment with a large room and with filters that makes the air good for breathing.
It's affordable to get a membership and the gym is always clean. They provide towels and clean bathrooms with lockers to safeguard your belongings.
They've put up measures in place as high as possible to prevent the spread of the virus. Alcohol-based liquids to clean the equipment before and after use.
They provide clean towels every day with qualified personal trainers if you'd need one.
I've been exercising there for five(5) months and I highly recommend this gym to anybody looking for an excellent gym to train at. 💪🏿

Hi, yes we have air conditioning and fans, but be aware we try to keep a normal temperature to keep people healthy so its not freezing but more warm during busy hours

If I remember correctly it was Rp 90,000 (about US$ 6.74) per day. Think they have pretty normal "gym hours" i.e. open at like 6 close around 11 during the week. It was the best gym I found in Bali. Plenty of equipment in good working order.
