Pick-up service was on time if not early
Booked directly online
We decided to pay the extra for pickup from hotel and drop of at lembongan hotel
Lembongan Truck taxis at the moment are 50,000 each as a guide you might be able to negotiate lower if not busy

Fast and professional 40 minutes boat to go from Sanur to Lembongan. The Sanur port is excellent. Thought, be ready to get wet and walk through the beach when arriving to Lembongan.

I chose the pick up option and it was great! The driver arrived early and helped me all the way to the office with my bags. Once I was checked in the Arthamas staff took care of my bags and all I had to do was go get a coffee and wait until it was time to board the boat. Easy, professional, and on schedule..

Excellent service with good boat transfer arrangement from departing until returning to Sanur. Will recommend and hire the service in the future trip.

After lot off resurge I desided on Arthamas Express for our transfer from Sanur to Nusa Lembongang. They are very well organized. From correspondence, pick-up at hotel, drop off at villa and in schedule with boat departure. Boat in good condition and live jackets for every passenger.

I highly recommend Arthamas Express if your looking for a fast boat over to one of the islands. Really good service, accomodating and even helped with our luggage due to an injury I had. Excellent service!

Great experience! On time, professional and easy. Arthamas organised everything. We just sat and had a coffee across the road. Enjoyable transfer.

Hi
There is no place to sit on the upper deck. I think it is reserved for the captain and maybe the staff. Also it may not be safe as the sea maybe quite choppy
