We had the island indulgence package and OMG it was superb. Could not anything it was top notch. Very clean, professional and the staff excellent. It was my best Bali treatment. 10/10

As I was leaving Bali in the evening, I wanted to have a manicure and a pedicure before departure. As I hadn’t booked an appointment and they were very busy, they had availability for one treatment only, I chose a pedicure. I’m extremely careful about having a pedicure as I have a number of foot problems and was very pleased with the service I received. An excellent pedicure! So good that I’ve booked for a manicure, pedicure, lymphatic massage and an oxygen facial during my next visit in March. Note: book to ensure you get the services you require!

Can not rate any higher than absolute perfection! We had the 4 hour "The Lost Island". Wished it went longer! Was so amazing, we booked again for 2 days later. Book in advance, you can't just walk in.

Be careful Having a pedicure . My lady has cut me over 5 times around my toes and I just wished I would asked her to stop but I didn’t want to be rude.
They should only have proper professional doing pedicures as it can be easily get infected in this climate and people with medical conditions can have really big problems.
Hopefully I don’t.

Dear Meegan,
Thank you for sharing your review and I sincerely apologise for the issues you encountered during your pedicure.
Whilst the therapist in question is trained, it is clear there was a lapse in concentration or attention, which led to your discomfort. Please know that we take this very seriously and as a result, the therapist is undergoing refresher training so not to repeat in the future.
I would also like to reassure you and anyone reading your review - that all of our equipment is properly sterilised and on this instance, we took immediate care of the cuts using a specially formulated drying liquid, antiseptic and band-aids to prevent any complications.
I truly regret that your experience did not reflect the high standards we are committed to and hope you might still consider to visit us again in the future.
Lastly, I would like to clarify that your treatment took place at The Nest Beachside Spa, not The Nest Boutique Spa.

Had a massage here after a friend recommended the place. Best massage I ever had, all staff from reception to therapist and those in between were friendly, smiling and made me feel at home. I now understand why my friend said this is the only place to go when in Sanur. Would 100% recommend

I booked in for a Seaweed Body Wrap, and my friend got Balinese Boreh Body Wrap and Happy Feet. The attention to detail was very carefully curated. The wrap was quite warm, and towards the end I was sweating, but I was given the option twice to change the heat setting - I toughed it out for the skin benefits. It was so relaxing and gentle, my body felt alive and asleep at the same time!
My therapist was also very relaxed which added to the benefit of the massage - I don't like when therapists feel rushed. It was perfect! The music was very soothing also. I was given water, sorbet and a refreshing spritz when I came down. Will definitely be back!

I have been to The Nest Boutique Spa Sanur a couple of times in the last few months for a foot reflexology & each time the lady doing it seemed to be falling asleep. I therefore didn’t get a very good massage etc. Today was the WORST reflex treatment yet. I felt like ordering a coffee for the lady doing it just to wake her up. VERY disappointed & my feet still ache!”
