This is the best place to get a massage/facial in bali the ladies here are the sweetest i have i ever met they give the best service 10/10 definitely recommend this place , Dayu worked on me and she is super sweet and the nicest lady ever

I took an evening yoga class. I asked a question on WhatsApp in advance and they didn't need a Reservation, so I walked around without Reservation. Sanur doesn't have as many yoga studios as Ubud, so this place is priceless.
Be aware that looking up the route on the map will show Directions through other hotel premises. The security guard at the entrance stopped me.
It was a very beautiful facility and the lights were on on the way back and the atmosphere was great. There were only four participants, so I was able to relax. It is also unique that there is a barber shop attached.
The instructor was very kind to me.

Just amazing! The reception staff and masseuses were friendly, welcoming and respectful. My masseuse, Dayu, was delightful and very experienced working her magic reviving many sore muscles. I also booked her to do my facial which was beautifully done and the products used were divine. A totally wonderful experience from beginning to end. I will definitely be back! ❤️ Stephanie

Koa shala a peaceful and clean oasis in sanur. Enjoyed a fabulous Balinese massage and facial. Dayu & tatik where skilled.

My friends and I visited this day spa on our first day in Sanur - I had been following them on Instagram for a while. They did not disappoint. A tranquil and most beautiful spa with fantastic and varied treatment options at incredibly reasonable prices. The staff were beautiful and the massage and treatments transcendent. Even purchased a few little goodies from their front area. We so enjoyed our first experience, that we returned for 3hrs of treatments prior to our flight home as we had to check out of our hotel. They were more than happy to stow our suitcases and offered us an abundance of ginger tea and fruit. You can also attend yoga classes at their shala…next time. 3hrs of treatments plus a beautiful scarf, crystal ring, body scrub and face oil to take home and still less than $120AUD. And all with a smile and the best spa music playlist I’ve ever heard.

Wonderful experience. Wonderful Koa Shala! Loved the classes and the instructors I was lucky enough to do several 7am classes as well as other classes throughout the day during my 1 week stay in Sanur. I had researched Koa Shala prior and bought their class pass which was really easy and reasonable. I was lucky to also be able to join their free Full Moon evening yoga class which was sensational and so enjoyable! Loved every moment. As a beginner some classes were a little more challenging but I never felt that the instructors were pushy. They were helpful and knowledgeable and always said to listen to your body. After a week I definitely noticed a big difference and improvement in myself!
Doing yoga here was truly a beautiful experience you would never think you were just off the main road with the tranquility and the gorgeous backdrop. Especially with birds and squirrels as your yoga partners!
I would highly recommend and love to return! Thank you Koa Shala.

A beautiful place and lovely masseuse but beware the herbal wrap I received 2 x 3rd degree burns to the back of my leg and am now on antibiotics for the infection.

Beautiful yoga studio. Drop- in class was 120,000. Took a Yin Yoga class with Lia ( mainly seated poses with props) . Am going back to do Gentle Yoga on Fri. Only 3 minutes from the Maya resort.
