Beautiful yoga studio. Drop- in class was 120,000. Took a Yin Yoga class with Lia ( mainly seated poses with props) . Am going back to do Gentle Yoga on Fri. Only 3 minutes from the Maya resort.

this yoga center offers good classes in an awesome atmosphere. While I did the breathing and relaxation I saw the sun setting and heard the birds and insects in the air humming. Where on earth do you get this experience!! just loved it

This should be the best SPA experience that I've had in Bali!
The staff are so friendly and wearing the smiles all the time. We had 3 hours Package as Balinese Massage and Facial and it was so relaxing and me an my partner slepts like pigs during the treatment. :)
Also, the charge is so reasonable! Everyone should visit when you are in Bali!

7月19日、帰国前に家族3人で2時間のトリートメントを受けました。
サヌールの一軒家風の建物で、とても静かで緑の多い環境の中、技術の高い施術を受け大満足です。辛口の家の家族3人みんなが「凄く上手かった」と絶賛したのですから、そのレベルの高さは太鼓判を押せます。
施術を受けるために多少の英語力は必要ですが、翻訳機で何とかなるレベルです。
施術者は今回、3人とも中年の女性スタッフでしたが、みなさん力が強く、強めが好みのわが家でも満足できるレベルに調整してもらえました。
2時間のスパマッサージで、日本円で約5,000円ちょっと！街スパよりは高いですが、環境と技術の高さを考慮すれば十分納得のできるレベルです。
やはり、バリのスパは恐るべしです。

One of the best massages I’ve had, I had the deep tissue and full body scrub the room was relaxing and clean/modern with a local feel.
Agung (?) my therapist was invested in doing a good job, and it didn’t feel like she was just going through the motions like many ( cheaper massage place) .
I think it wonderful value for money and sits between the $10 and $70 price tag.
If I had not rolled my ankle later that day I would have gone multiple times!
They have some nice good quality clothing and bags there too which although are not cheap for Bali they won’t fall apart in five minutes!

Honestly one of the best massages I’ve had ever. I tried multiple spas in the area whilst in sanur with koh being one of the last- I was just upset I experienced towards the end of my trip as honestly I would have booked daily. My therapist was incredible and professional. Everything was hygenic but I loved loved my experience. In coming back to sanur I’ll definitely be coming back.

I had a two and half hour combination massage, traditional Balinese with reflexology. It was a transcendental experience. Money well worth spent!

Rejuvenating yoga
I did 2 yoga classes whilst staying at Sanur. Hatha and Vinyasa. Both were taught by 2 great instructors. Beautiful yoga barn

안다즈 발리 호텔에서 가까운 곳으로 찾아 방문 했습니다. 매우 깨끗하고 잘 꾸며져 있어서 좋았습니다. 발리니즈 마사지를 받았는데 웰컴티부터 마사지와 마무리까지 아주 만족했습니다. 또 방문하고 싶어요!
