潜水菜鸟的启蒙之路

首次进行潜水，还是考开放水域潜水员的证，感觉挑战还蛮大的。学到了组装装备、穿脱装备、调节器寻回、面镜排水，还有和潜伴如何互相帮助等等。看到了海底美丽的景色，各种五彩斑斓的珊瑚，小丑鱼等等，希望以后还能去更多潜点看不一样的景色。虽然也遇到很多问题，比如潜着潜着沉底了，潜着潜着飘上去了下不来等等，还有姿势不标准，但还是感觉到有在进步的。

圆满的潜水假期—潜店好，潜导好，服务好，住宿好，运气好
9月，利用中秋节，我们夫妻+朋友共4人参加Dune Atlantis的Mini Safari （6Days/5Nights/12Dives）。感谢Atlantis让我们体验了一次超乎预期的圆满的旅行。
我们从4月就开始筹划。期间从规划行程到租用装备，每一个细节Director Mr. Jerome都会不厌其烦地给我回信，每一个安排和建议都让我感受到了他们的专业性。
抵达后发现他们的确是一个非常专业而又充满欢乐的团队——从白板上你就能看到他们业务繁忙但井井有条。在得知他们是从1996年运营至今的老牌潜店后便无需惊讶只有敬仰了。
虽然我们没有指定中文潜导，但很惊喜——我们的Dive Guide Dylan是新加坡籍华裔。因为是母语交流，让我们得益匪浅。Dylan有一个业务严谨但为人随和的优秀品格。跟着他，我们看到了所有想看的，并且都是超出期望——成群的Manta围绕起舞，而Mola Mola则是在3米左右一转身偶遇的！我们太幸运了！ 同时我们还学了很多，不论是生物，还是技巧。Dylan用他丰富的经验不但带我们找东西，还时刻默默地关注着我们的安全。甚至在Tulamben的大浪里知道我体力差，二话不说几次帮我把BCD脱下来带上岸；在大家还忘我地谈论刚才的一潜的时候突然发现他已经悄悄地帮我们卸下了BCD…因为我们虽然有近百潜的瓶，但岸潜和大流都经历很少，Dylan很耐心地给了我们不少指导。最后大家都说这是我们遇到的最好的潜导之一——专业，可靠，热情，还够幸运！同时也感谢跟我们一起去Penida的快乐小伙Putu和幸运星Stephanie，这是两个充满活力的年轻人。
潜店还帮我们安排了Puri Kelapa Garden Cottage 在Sanur和Puri Madha在Tulamben的住宿，一个温馨，一个开阔，也很合我们心意。
报价合理，后来还给了很多优惠，比如多出来的免费高氧和一些装备租赁。简直物超所值了。
总之这一次虽然又冷又累但圆满欢乐的旅程，完全归功于Dune Atlantis专业的安排。我们非常感谢。并诚挚地推荐给大家。

During the Mid-Autumn festival, we，couple + friends, 4buddies join the Mini Safari (6days/5 nights / 12 dives-including Tulamben for Macro/Wreck + Amed + Nusa Pendida for Manta&Mola) from Dune Atlantis . Thanks to Atlantis, we had a very happy journey more than expected.

We began to contact since April. Planning the schedule, or renting the equipment, Director Mr. Jerome always replied the e-mail very quickly and gave me a lot of useful suggestion.
After arrived, we find they are a very professional and happy team -- you could see from the whiteboard in the office. They are busy but everything is controlled. So if you know this center was opened since 1996, everything will be reasonable.

The first surprise - our Dive Guide Dylan is of Singaporean Chinese origin. To use the native language, we benefit a lot.
Following him, we saw everything we wanted to see, and more surprises. We saw 6-7Mantas surrounding at the same time. And a Mola Mola came across us very close at the 3m/5min stop! How lucky!
And we also learned a lot, about the marine biology and diving skills. Dylan is a very experienced instructor. He is not just a guide, also he always keep a silent eye on our safety. That brings us a relaxed and full-fun dive.
My buddies all said Dylan is one of the best dive guide we had ever meet -- professional, trustful, nice, and lucky! We also want to thank the happy guy Putu and lucky girl Stephanie who came with us to Penida, two very joyful young people.

By the way, the hotels in the Diving Package, Puri Kelapa Garden Cottage in Sanur and Puri Madha in Tulamben, are also good.

The price is reasonable, and they give us many free services after all. (more Nitrox and eq.rental)

So these days, cold and tired, but full of joy and happiness.
Thanks to the professional arrangement of Dune Atlantis. We thank you very much. And sincerely recommend to everyone.

感谢这里的员工，我们受到了最好的服务。
我们和巴厘岛亚特兰蒂斯潜水中心在图拉姆本(那里有一艘美国自由号军舰的残骸)潜水。这是我们第一次潜水，这些家伙在指导我们完成潜水时做得非常棒。一切都很完美：从酒店接我们，带我们去tulamben海滩，给我们做午餐，当然还有潜水。谢谢你让我们的第一次经历变得如此难忘。

从接车到下车，一切都很好。我们每两名潜水员中有一名教练，他们向我们讲解了潜水的各个方面以及如何使用设备。位置很好。我们在巴厘岛亚特兰蒂斯潜水中心度过了开心的一天。100%建议它。

作为一个单人旅行者在亚洲徒步旅行的时候，我发现这个地方虽然说了贵了一点，但是它对于将要去曼塔角的人来说这是惟一一个不在乎糟糕天气和没有学校的中心。但是第二天我们根本就没有去曼塔角！他们会让你提前交钱，但是他们不会按照你想的那样走，所以你被骗了。

Dear Lucas, Please find the same answer below to the same review you left us on Google on January 23rd. We will not carry on further as now you are spamming us. Thank you for your feedback and review from you day trip to Nusa Penida on January 23, we sorry to hear you were not than satisfied with our service as we pride ourselves on our exceptional service and the high-quality standards. I would like to take this opportunity to clarify your review. In any kind of activities people normally pay before the activities not after for our price is actually very competitive and unfortunately you did not meet the owner while you were here as he was not present on this day. Regarding the destination we did tell you prior your booking that we were planning to go Manta Point + Crystal Bay 2 of the 3 dives plan on this day but could not guaranty it due to the weather condition and may have to change to alternate dive site. We always think about the safety of our guests first and while we had to change the dive site to alternate ones, you personally told me that 1 of the 3 dives we did this day was on a dive site you did not do before, but simply didn’t feel like doing it. Every other guest on the boat this day did the 3 dives and really enjoyed it. Regarding your reimbursement, when you came to me and explain your situation, as a professional gesture I offered you a refund a long a I could cover the minimum cost of our logistics, transport, porter fees, food, your guaranty place on the boat. I did tell you I think it’s around 55 USD but let me check it out first, when I came back, I showed you and explain you in detail the complete logistic and why it’s 60 USD. This was never an obligation for us but a courtesy as you previously agree, understood and sign our agreement form which mention bad weather scenario and that changing dive site are a possibility in such case. Whilst my apology will not alter the outcome of your experience with us, I still would like to extend it and hope you can understand our position. Wishing you a great day and kind regards. 我们是5名潜水爱好者，去了从努萨佩尼达一直到图拉姆班的所有潜水地。亚特兰提斯号对我们照顾得很好，我们有两名导游全程陪同，他们都擅长自己最擅长的工作。多亏了他们，我们才能够发现一些稀有动物。总的来说，这次旅行规划的很好。我将推荐给任何去巴厘岛潜水的人。
