Loved the Indonesian cooking course. We had such a lovely chef (sorry can’t recall his name), he was patient, gave good instruction, and was just so nice. We cooked about 5-6 dishes, had a lot of fun making the spring rolls and the sweet n sour duck especially. Then ate the cooked food for lunch looking at the beautiful view. Great experience.

Loved this cooking place, they know how to cook and show you how to make great meals. They also pick you up at your hotel,they also show you the markets where they buy there food

Great cooking course including a trip to the local markets. My favourite part was making the spring roll wrappers from scratch! The food was delicious, not too hard to make under the direction of our cooking team & we took home the recipe book. Very enjoyable!

Wow what an experience! Trio to the market in the morning and then into you kitchen to be put to work. Great fun with hands on experience. Lots of guidance from a great team of local cooks. We made 6 dishes and got to enjoy them all!

Fabulous cooks teaching us how to cook traditional food! What an amazing feast was had! From going to the market seeing all the produce to then turning that produce into tasty Indonesian food! Well worth every cent and met such a lovely group of people. Do yourself a favour and book with Irma and her team! Cookbook to take home to try the dishes out at our next dinner party! ♥️🙌

Thank you to Irma, Tami and Wati. We had a fantastic morning. Starting at the markets,
then back to the kitchen to learn our new skills. The whole process was extremely easy and good fun. From the original contact with Irma who responded very quickly to our enquiry, righty through to the class with Wati and Tami. We learned to cook 6 meals. All were sensational. They even pick up and deliver back to our accom.

I recommend this cooking class highly. Pick up and drop off, informative, professional and delicious. A tour of the local food market followed by breakfast then we were put to work chopping, pounding and stirring. A wonderful way to spend the morning in learning about Balinese cuisine. Well done, Irma and Wati.

From the taxi driver collecting us from our accommodation, to the market visit to explain the ingredients we would be using, right through to the experience of cooking the delicious dishes, this is something not to be missed. Everything about this half day experience was outstanding. The ladies were super friendly, ingredients fresh and the little tips on presentation and preparation of the food amazing.

Great fun. We had a good time at Bamboo, the girls are great and super helpful, the food is delicious and it was an excellent experience. The setting is really good and shady/cool and ice cold beer after lunch well deserved. Market tour and brekky, pikup/drop off all went great. I would happily do this again, really good value for money.

I don’t think you can chose what you cook. We found out what we were cooking when we got there but we were in a bigger group, it could be different if there is only a couple of you. I would message the page and ask as they are very responsive to questions.
