I did a hair massage there was perfect have felt seized. Then even getting nails done was just as perfect even short massage I got and 2 times something to drink extremely recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went for a consultation and spoke with the male hair stylist Y--- stating I wanted my hair cut and colored golden blonde. Picked out shade in their color book. Went to appointment 2 days later and was told they could not get that color. Would have been nice to know that in advance thru whatsapp. Picked out another blonde shade. But my hair turned out grey with purple tones. Stylist made excuses as if I hadn't had my hair colored correctly many times in my life. Only twice have I had my hair turn out like this, both times overseas so obviously he does not know how to color blonde hair. Complained to both hair stylist and receptionist but they didn't care. Later I requested manager contact me. She did, wanted to think it was a miscommunication when it clearly was not, but refunded approx $63 of the $97 cost of haircut and color. But I then paid $39 at sephora for clarifying shampoo to try to fix this ugly hair color.

Have visited cosmos salon everyday since arriving in SANUR.
Feet massage to having pedicure and manicure nails done.
Best pedicure and manicure ever.
I’ve had my hair coloured and cut.
Booking in for full body massage for Tuesday.
Have booked for a. Head scalp massage just before I fly home.
Do yourself a a favour drop in try.
Staff friendly atmosphere relaxing welcoming

I loved the Cosmo Fusion massage along with the excellent staff. Love the service and treatment along with feeling great during after the massage.
We were able to shower before the massage as we came from the beach.
We got same day appointment, too.

Whilst it's always so great to have regular massages when in Bali, the quality is often extremely variable. Not at Cosmo. These girls really know their stuff. I had one massage here when I first arrived in Sanur and returned every day of my stay for more. The Balinese massage is wonderful, as is the Cosmo signature and the reflexology next level. I was holidaying with a group of friends and we all felt the same and didn't go anywhere else once having been to Cosmo. I had the keratin hair spa the day of my flight back to Australia and it was amazing. Couldn't recommend this salon and spa more highly.

I recently visited Cosmo Salon and Spa in Sanur and had an incredible experience. I indulged in a massage, facial, haircut, and blow dry, and each service was top-notch. The massage was deeply relaxing, the facial left my skin glowing, and the haircut and blow dry were expertly done. The staff were professional and attentive, ensuring I felt pampered and cared for throughout my visit. I highly recommend Cosmo Salon and Spa for anyone looking for high-quality spa services in Sanur

Hi Jane! I was there four times for their signature massage and they are really good and professional. But as far as hairstyle is concerned I have no idea.
Better to visit their site and call them for consultation. Not all speak good English but you can always ask. They are very friendly and helpful.
