My boyfriend and I really enjoyed the cooking classe. We learned - even though I love to cook at home it was nice to see a few new tricks - and also laughed a lot. Nita and her team were very helpful and entertaining. It felt like cooking with friends as it was such an open and relaxed atmosphere. As it was a lot of food I couldn't finish everything and they were so nice to pack it so I could have it for dinner. Thank you :)

I ordered the Nasi Gorenng Ayam MO Style it's a special fried rice with mixed vegetables diced chicken with poached egg may I say it was delicious cost 75.000 irp about $7:50 Australian.

Fantastic cafe with the best breakfast and Nasi goreng I've ever had in Bali . The staff are fantastic definitely worth a visit if your in Seminyak

This was a great experience. The class was interesting and not too complicated - we think we could cook the dishes at home (well, perhaps our own versions....). Our teachers were friendly and great fun, so we spent a lot of time laughing. And the food was delicious. Make sure you have a light breakfast before the class as you won't want to leave any of the three scrumptuous courses. Highly recommended.

We had a great time cooking and learning a three course balinese meal. The owner of Manik Organik cafe and staff guide you through the cooking process. This is conducted in a breezy area in front of the cafe. Therefore you have a table next to the cooking area reserved for you to taste your good work. This is cooking only, no market trips which I liked. It costs only 30.000 each. For 3 hours you cook 3 courses and sit to eat each one as you finish. This is unique and it felt like I was having a sit down meal but also cooking it.

We booked a cookery class at Manik Organic restaurant after eating there one evening. For a charge of around £30 for two we had a 3 hour class with the chef and a three course lunch each which we had prepared ourselves! (With a varying amount of help from the staff).
Our main concern was how hot it may be in a kitchen in 30+ degrees but when we arrived we found that the whole proceedings were to be carried out in part of the restaurant area which was open to the fresh air and breeze. The organisation was faultless, the chef infinitely patient, the whole process was thoroughly enjoyable and the result delicious.
A great way to spend 3 hours when you need a change from the beach.
The recipes were printed out for us to take away so we can recreate the experience at home. We even bought sarongs to wear for when we do!

Hi, we will be back in Sanur in January next year and I would love to do a cooking class here - my friends did it here this year. I am in a wheelchair so is it possible for me to cook here ok?
