We have a great location along the Sanur Beachwalk along with some great neighbouring restaurants and bars for sunset cocktails.

As you mention, it is most likely due to the build up of tension and is designed to help relieve aches and pains in the muscle.

天啊，我之前也做过很多次按摩，但亚妮昨天和今天给我做的按摩和面部护理是我有史以来感觉最棒的。这里确实比海滩/街道变得按摩要贵，但两者完全不可同日而语，这里好太多了！这里通常几天前就会被订满，需要提前几天预订，所以一定要在飞来巴厘岛之前给他们发电子邮件，这里就是这么好。

I don't want to sound like I'm over doing it - but you are absolutely correct... please, please book early and perhaps even before you get to Bali. It is really a shame to turn people away as we do get fully booked out several days in advance..

我和我丈夫真的很喜欢这里的服务，他点了一个巴厘式的按摩，我选了一个热石按摩。这几乎是我体验过最好的。这里的理疗师很有技巧，非常专业，可以用自己的方式让我们感到舒服。我母亲也在这里做了一个面部理疗，一整天看上去都是神采奕奕。

To make them 'nice again' will depend on the condition and we will be happy to check and confirm whether we can do a refill or suggest to remove and re-do..

Thank you for your question and interest to visit The Nest Beachside Spa in March.
For the 15th March - I am sorry to inform however, that is one of the few days we will be closed in the year for a staff event (both spas).
We would be delighted to welcome you on another day - perhaps the 16th or another day would be suitable.
We have many therapists and facilities enough to cater for groups - including Manicure / Pedicure with two therapists at once - as well as for massages, facials and other treatments.
As mentioned above, we do get very busy from day to day and therefore it is recommended to book in advance.
Our full spa menu along with prices is available on our website, as well as a reservations page. As TA won't allow to post the web address here - a search on Google will easily find our details.

Hello Annealise,
Thank you for your question and interest to visit one of The Nest Spas. We have two in Sanur - The Nest Boutique Spa on Jl. Danau Tamblingan (closest to Griya Santrian) - it's only a 5 - 10 mins walk from the hotel, although access from the main road is easier as the closest access gangs from the beach path are private.
For The Nest Beachside Spa - yes this is possible from the beach walk - but as above is maybe a 20 mins - ish) walk.
Both locations are shown on Google Maps and you do need to book in advance as we get fully booked from day to day.
