Excellent day trip with diaz TRAVELINDO. Our driver (Ariansyah) was great. He was very friendly and welcoming. Throughout our trip he made sure to tell us all the details about the area and some cultural facts. The car we drove in was clean, comfortable and good A/C. The organisation of the trip was perfect and all the activities included in south Bandung were exactly what we were looking for!

I booked with Chippi having read the reviews. We had Ari (apologies if spelt wrong) and had decided on where we wanted to go but he told us that due to so much rain and traffic we would really need longer than the time we had. We then asked him to choose things and he did. What an amazing day we spent. Travelled to the crater and walked down with Ari who also took some photos of us both with our phone so we could capture the moment. He explained all about the cinnamon tree and we then drove (by now was raining again) to a tea plantation where he told us about the leaves. We had some spare time as due to the rain we wouldn’t go to the hot springs. Ari soon sorted that out (probably due to all our questions and interest) and he drove us around a lovely local village explaining things as we went. On our way back to Bandung we stopped at a rice field and again learnt how this is grown. We had an amazing time with such a lovely driver who also proved to be such a good guide. If you are in Bandung can highly recommend booking up with Chippi from this company and he will arrange your driver.

I got this contact thru trip advisor and the rates turn out to be a reasonable one compared to some of the references we obtained from our friends. Mas Ari is our assigned driver. He is very thoughtful and patient with us and our 3 noisy boys. He gives very good recommendations on street food and they are very yummy. Thank you Ari for making this trip a very memorable one for us!

Just back from bandung,having so much fun while we are in Bandung. And of course assist by our driver “mas Hendry”.

We had a very nice day during the tour in the area of Bandung! We went to the tea plantations, crater and rice fields. Our driver and guide spoke English and was very nice, patient and he could tell us interesting things about the tea plantations and rice fields. We booked the tour via WhatsApp one day in advance for a good price. What we mostly appreciated about this tour is that we could decide ourselves what we wanted to do and see and which parts we would like to skip!

Easy and clear communication through whatsapp prior to the trip. Our guide, Novan, is hospitable, patient and punctual. Reasonable rate too. Highly recommended !

Great day tour! We arranged the tour one day in advance, but very well organised. We initially booked a private tour for 4 people, but later they noticed us two others would be joining us (but no reduction in price), which was a bit odd for us. However, the tour was great and we had a lot of fun with the six of us! We went to Kawah Putih, Paddy field, a tea plantation and the natural hot spring!

From mere inquiry to the company to real experience with our driver Mr Ari Yansah, everything was excellent. Responds from the company was very prompt and very informative. Rates offered also very reasonable; in fact, the best among the few that we surveyed. Reservation done easily through WA without deposit and turned out to be reliable. Our driver Mr Ari is highly recommended. He speaks good English so communication was never an issue. He was punctual and also very flexible in making changes to our itinerary. He made sure everything was fine before leaving us to explore attractions and he takes good photos.
