Kulojava is a great organization to do Bromo tour, from hotel lobby pick up with fixed time and very friendly driver, all service is very good.

I traveled to Mount Bromo twice, trying to see a beautiful sunrise. Both time I booked tour with Kulojava with Helmi as our tour operator. The tour was very reasonable, especially Helmi was always very fun, helpful and trustworthy. If you want to go anywhere or plan to do any extra things out of the initial schedule, he will always advise you and drive you to the exact location. I will definitely travel with Helmi if I return to Mount Bromo for the third time. Keep up the great work !!!

Nous avions réserver de France, nous avons pris le train à Yogyakarta direction Surabaya Helmy nous attendait à la gare comme prévu. l'hotel vers le Bromo était correct, après le Bromo direction le Kawah Ijen, hotel correct. tout a été très bien organisé. nous avons pu nous reposer un petit moment après les 2 volcans.
a refaire je ferais une pause d'une journée entre les 2 volcans car le Kawah Ijen a une ascension très difficile. Nous avons vécu une super experience un de nos meilleurs souvenirs de nos 3 semaines en Indonésie en aout 2017.
Helmy conduit très bien et est très sympathique, nous ne parlons pas très bien anglais mais nous avons pu quand meme bien échanger.
le meilleur prix trouvé pour ces 3 jours 2 nuits en fonction des hotels choisis.

El precio es uno de los mejor que encontré para hacer el viaje. Todo muy bien a excepción de que el conductor no hablaba nada, pero lo que se dice nada de Ingles, y el hecho de pasar 3 días en coche con un conductor con el que no te puedes comunicar es un poco incomodo. Salvo eso todo muy bien, todo incluido excepto las propinas a los guías, cosa que nos sorprendió de no tener ningún sobrecoste. El viaje de 3 días de las Cascadas + Bromo + Ijen es simplemente espectacular. Lo recomiendo a todo el mundo que le guste un poco la aventura y no le cuente madrugar.

My girlfriend and I went on a trip from malang to mount bromo to mount ijen to bali with helmy. He was the funniest guide we had on our entire trip trough Indonesia. It really was a pleasure experiencing Java with him!
He picked us up in malang at the train station, got us to our homestay near Mount Bromo, had a 4x4 Jeep Driver that got us to the not so crowded Kingkong Hill Viewpoint so my gf and I could take great pictures. Then back to the ash fields, and on top of mount bromo itself. Great experience!
Then Helmy got us to Bondowoso, where we stayed one "night" for relaxing (or actually 8 hours in the afternoon, which we spent exploring the city instead of relaxing :-)) then got us to Mount Ijen, where our guide Kholili with very good knowledge of photo spots got us up to mount Ijen in extreme speed so we could get pictures without all the crowds. It was so exhausting that we were freezing once we were on top, so he started a campfire on top of the mountain! Awesome experience!
After seeing the sulfur workers and climbing back down, Helmy got us to our public bus where we headed further to Bali. On the way he showed us coffee and rice fields. He seems to really love his country!
Awesome trip, once in a lifetime experience, totally recommended!

The trip with Kulojava is perfect! Quick contact by WhatsApp and just reliable. We made contact when we were staying in Yogyakarta and wanted to visit the Bromo a few days later. We were picked up at the hotel in Malang. We were brought to the last village and then further by 4x4, it was a bumpy but great ride! Sunrise was beautiful and visit to Bromo too and the driver drove safe. Price is very reasonable, keep up the good work!

I can recommend KuloJava.com . For the fast service. The reliability, the good trip to the village, the nice conversation in the car. And so on.
Today I made a trip with them to see the Bromo sunrise. Because I travelled alone I searched for a good organisation for a fair price. They offered me the best price for one person.
Further on via website I could contact them via WhatsApp. We made the appointment en the same night they picked me up with a nice car at 0.30 hr. The driver could conversation in good English so the trip for about one and half hour was a nice one. In the highest village of Indonesia (2.2 km) There was a jeep waiting for me and a local drove me to the viewpoint of de Bromo and to see the sunset. It was a nice but bumpy ride. Sadly it was clowdy, so we (me and several 100 others) couldn't see the sunrise. But we enjoyed our self's by making selfies. The trip to the viewpoint was spectacular. The also, but no sunrise. Because we went early. I could choose the best spot for watching the sunrise . . .
Then we went to the Bromo the same trip back trough the sea of sand. Now I could see why it was a bumpy ride. It's a wonder that the driver knew his way in the dark and picked the best parts of the 'roads'.
The walk to the vulcano was hard. Esspecially when you are not in a good condition. But you can go by horse. I recommend it (I -stubberned- did not do that) so I arrived at the 250 steps of the staircase tiered. But I survived. The view of the crater was spectacular. And worth the hike op the mountain.
I am sure to go back. It was a great trip.
Ps. If you don't have a jacket, you can rent one for a few bucks. It was 5 degrees and clowdy at the viewpoint.

One of the best tour operators we've met! Helmy is really helpful during the whole duration of our program w/c is 3 days 2 nights. He's also very flexible and the tour is really private.Very good driver and english speaking skills. He also picks the best accommodation and can adjust your itinerary accordingly based on what you want, current weather, flight details, everything! The people he picked like our guide in Ijen, Holili, are equally good too. Price is also very reasonable and you get more than you pay for. Overall we are really happy with Kulojava's service. We will surely recommend this tour oraganizer for your East Java travel needs.

Fuímos de viaje 4 adultos y contraté a Helmy desde España por email. El precio era muy bueno y confié que fuera alguien serio. Me quedé corto. Es serio, responsable, y sabe hacer muy bien su trabajo, rodeándose de gente fantástica, en cuanto a buen servicio y amabilidad. Hicimos el tour del Bromo e Ijen. 3 días dos noches. Contraté con él los tours y nos alojamos en los hoteles que ya teníamos reservados en Malang y Ketapang. Sin ninguna duda, lo recomiendo. Desde aquí te mando un abrazo y espero de corazón que tengas mucho éxito en tu trabajo.

A friend recommended me to Helmi, after that we communicate through WhatsApp. We went for 3d2n trip to Ijen and Bromo. Helmi was very great, very flexible when our flight to Surabaya got delayed for 6 hours.
He arranged basic accommodation with great price and great location. For this trip, you dont need a luxurious hotel. A clean bed and hot water shower is all you need.
Our Ijen guide, Hartomo was superb. He was the guide for BBC crew last time. He make sure our safety and help us to get great pics of Ijen!
Java Tour is awesome! Thanks alot Mas Helmi. Will definitely visit Bromo again!
