Best relaxing massage. Best of all, free transport to ferry terminal (for 2 hours massage and longer) which I find it super convenient used hand and finger massage throughout the session (not elbow). Overall ambience is good. Best to book in advance during peak season and holidays. They also offer to pick up from hotel. Best!

Did not want a massage with oil so decided to go on a facial and shoulder massage for an hour. Was told the facial and shoulder massage were half an hour each. Was not told what the facial consisted of but I assumed it would mostly be facial massage since they specialised in massage. To my astonishment, facial took around 55 mins, 5 mins on massage. Felt cheated. Facial was substandard too. Book this at your own risk.

The location on Nagoya Hill is easy to reach. Satisfied with friendly service and excellent skill therapists. Interior & decoration like in Japan. Can't wait for the next visit Two thumb for zen wellness

This is my second massage at zen wellnes and it tastes really good.
The techniques of the masseur are very skilled and my request accommodates with my 2 requests to focus more on my lower limbs and neck. Highly recommended and will return again ..

We were relatively a big group of 6 person and zen wellness massage and spa could accommodate us in a few days notice. The ambiance, personal touch, good customer service are the reasons I always go back to zen wellness massage and Spa. Right from the start, the reservation team replied all my enquiries nicely. We all had 3 hours half day spa, very very good. If you like massage more, you could just opt for 1,5 or 2 hours of pure massage goodness. If you like spa indulgence, they also have a wide variety of spa indulgence to choose from. So it is basically really up to our own preference.
Everytime I had my spa at zen with he girl is very friendly her name is Dila, always feel rejuvenated and recharged.

Visited the place with my friends and had the 90min massage (combination of traditional and thai) as recommended by the staff. First, they did not even clean our feet and proceeded to massage our body with the same hands. It was also extremely torturous and painful throughout for all of us and we were screaming for them to be lighter in their strokes. However, they said that pain is very good. This is a joke as I have been going for massages every week and this is the worst. All their staff were also talking loudly while massaging us when it should be a time for us to relax. On top of that, they offered us an additional stomach massage and mentioned initially it was for 20K/pax. After they started the massage, they said it was 200K/pax. It was also covered in the 90min and not in addition to our usual massage. Very deceitful staff. Our guy friend was also placed beside 2 of us females and not in separate areas which is disturbing and he was offered sexual services insistently by staff a few times even though he refused.

Strong strokes with constant strength applied as requested of our therapists to remove wind and knots from our aching body after golf session. Very good pricing and value for money. Impressive sport therapy massage.

I had a hour Balinese massage+body scrub+ear wax candle with my girlfriend. We really enjoy it and the services was extraordinarily. We will definitely come back again.
