Nice temple with small caves

If you enjoy visiting temples, you will likely enjoy this one. Against the backdrop of a small mountain, some of the temple areas are located in small caves in the mountain. Lots of trees and shady areas to stroll. Worth a visit if you are a temple person.

Quiet unique temple

Perfect for someone longing for quiet place to walk up and down the little mountain.
There are statues in the cave which kinda wonderful plus this temple has a long history back to the old capital, Ayuthaya.

Det var helt perfekt til en lille tur. Vi brugte 45 minutter på at komme rundt og se det hele. Virkeligt fint lokalt Wat.

Beatiful Wat

Due to the location of the Wat there are not many visitors, while the Wat certainly desrves a visit. A climb to the top of the stairs is well worth the effort.

So quiet

Small temple complex in full development. We were the only visitors over there. You can see it attracted many people, but everything is worn. Nice place to spend about an hour if you walk all around the site.

Avis sur le wat Cha Am près de la voie express n°4

Les marches sont impressionnantes mais, en prenant son temps (et des photos :;-) ça se monte.
Lieu calme (nous étions seuls le 10 décembre).
Il ne faut pas hésiter à aller de l'autre côté de la montagne où vous trouverez une seconde grotte (plus petite et moins aménagée que celle en haut des escaliers).
WC public au pied de l'escalier.

Very Different Temple

So many temples to see in Thailand and they all have something to offer the visitor. This place has many shrines including the Reclining Buddha with caves. Its a long climb to reach theose caves and very little health and safety provision. Not a place where the elderly or infirm could easily explore.
However it is a fascinating place and worth visiting

tempel in i berget

Detta var ett litet tempel inne i det lilla berget. En lång fin trappa ledde oss upp. Det fanns små stigar som tog en till andra sidan av berget, där vyerna var riktigt fina. Nedanför fanns några munkar och hundar och tuppar. Lite dåligt att det inte fanns något ställe att dricka vatten på.
