As someone who loves getting to know a culture through its food, I have to say this food tour was one of the best experiences I have had. It was incredibly thoughtful in it's curation and really took us on a journey of taste and flavours. Our guide, Cream, was super attentive and pointed out all the little things the superficial glance would have missed - not all tomatoes are used in Som Tam, not all basil leaves taste the same. It was indeed a feast for all senses, and after this experience all our other meals felt a little lacking. Thanks so much Leigh, Cream and the team!
